Love living here! Cute little vintage 25 unit duplex 5 minutes from UA. Awesome neighbors that look out for one another. The neighborhood is eclectic and VERY dog friendly and active. Within the duplex is great just be mindful of the surroundings on the outside. The management company is iffy as well but things are improving for the better.

The owner of this property is Grijalva Realty at 4937 East 5th Street #115, Tucson, AZ 85711 There are many reviews on that location. When I was locked out I was charged a lockout fee and given a key that didn’t work to open the apartment. They did not send any help. I had to pay for someone else to unlock it. I also went over a month with a broken A/C unit from July-August of 2018. They kept insisting it was working and that I was turning it off... when I finally got it replaced (after a very difficult fight with the landlords) the contractors replacing the unit told me the compressor was completely clogged and that the unit was set up incorrectly. There was also an open shaft in the closet from a former system. The opening was 18”x10”, the landlord tried telling me it was to ventilate the water heater but clearly it was from an old swamp system that was not property removed and closed. On top of those two I had several minor incidents and repairs that were never addressed while I lived there despite calling in multiple times.
