Village Green

I enjoy my community at Village Greens. The fabulous location in the heart of Queen Creek makes it remarkable! I also love the year-around access to the clubhouse and community pool, it is a beautiful perk in my opinion! My condo is just perfect, a great size, has everything I could need and if I ever need help or maintenance it happens ASAP, no questions asked. I feel safe, happy, and love where I am! I am 2+ years into this community and just added a garage for myself and now wonder why I did not do this earlier! It is lovely to have and SUPER helpful! TY Village Greens for all you do in our small, happy, TERRIFIC community!

UPDATED REVIEW: After living here for a year and some change, I must admit that Joe in Maintenance, is not only prompt and efficient but also shows high quality work. He is excellent in problem-solving, friendly and helpful. He has always ensured that my maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner. I would like to take this time to show recognition and acknowledge his hard work. I am very happy to call Village Greens of Queen Creek my home. I must add, I do miss Randi, being our management due to the fact that she was prompt in responding to emails, calls, and texts. OLD REVIEW: Randi, the property manager has been great to us. As many questions and concerns as I have she’s ALWAYS been able to answer them and be patient with me. She responds in a timely manner and doesn’t leave you hanging. I hope she stays working for the property because I don’t think you can find a better manager than her! Keep up the good work Randi. :)

The apartments themselves are gorgeous and feel more like a home than an apartment. Lots of space, and super high ceilings. Great location. Great apartment but there is no office onsite, so it can be challenging to get in touch with management. UPDATE 2024: The new person managing the place, Randi, is great. When we reached out, we heard back from her within 24 hours and she took care of everything we needed within 48 hours. UPDATE: I was finally able to get in contact with someone from their office, which is why I added another star. She was able to get us into the portal super quickly and scheduled an appointment for maintenance to come. ORIGINAL: I have lived in my apartment for almost a month and still have not been able to get any help from the leasing staff. We cannot access the portal to pay rent nor can we get anyone to help us with the maintenance requests we made 5 days after move in. We have called and emailed with no response. When we were able to connect, we were told one thing but nothing ever happened. They did not clean the apartment or do anything to get it ready for us. It's a great place unless you need help from management.

I'm a current resident here at Village Greens and it's been a nightmare trying to get in contact with any member of the management team. My toilets and shower have been backed up since Saturday (2/3/2024) and they are not draining or flushing. I've submitted work orders, called their emergency maintenance line, emailed the front office, and left countless voice-mails, but no callbacks from anyone. If anyone is considering this apartment complex, please avoid this place at all cost.

Great place! My wife and I moved to Queen Creek just under a year ago and landed at Village Greens of Queen Creek. The team we have worked with from leasing, management and maintenance have been pleasant, helpful and prompt. It’s in a great location and the neighbors are friendly as a great bonus.
