Vivint Smart Home Tucson

Vivint Smart Home is awful. Customer for years before I decided to cancel my mediocre system due to selling my businesses. I have have been trying to cancel since March 2025. I'm currently on my seventh call. God knows how many hours I have had to spend trying. At this point I feel my only option is to review them everywhere I can so you don't use them.

If I can help anyone and I mean anyone at all PLEASE STAY AWAY from Vivint there system is horrible from there cameras to security system to customer service where to start after having them just a few weeks cameras started going off line my garage door opener stopped working 3 weeks into buying it my panel keeps freezing I’ve had several technician out here and all tell me it’s the system that has bugs and need updates to come out my neighbors house got robbed and cops came over to see if my cameras caught anything or if they can see something that can help them out and sure enough my cameras were down 🤦‍♂️ so I had enough I tried getting out my contract but I was told no im stuck with them which I wouldn’t mind if I was getting what I’m paying for which is security pace of mind feeling safe but no I’m stuck with a bill and the worst company ever so please save your money and time go with anyone and I do mean anyone else cox Amazon cameras anything your welcome!!!! I do hope this helps someone

They are a scam leave you stuck with contract and theirs sells men lie about policies and what they offer couldn't contact with anyone and got stuck owing 4k to bank for cameras and said they could terminate it for 2K (half) and take back all equipment

Unfortunately this company practices extremely predatory marketing behavior, and does not respect you as a customer or home owner. I have a "no soliciting" sign posted on my front door, however Matt still knocked on my door twice, interrupting my work day. When confronted as to why he would continue to knock, Matt gave no excuse or apology, but simply smiled and left. This is a disgusting company.

Terrible company. Will make it as hard as possible to get support- cannot manage your account online, cant cancel without an hour long call then required to submit written notice, will stretch billing out as long as possible.
