This is an awesome hotel, located in a great area to allow for walking to dinner/shopping over at Scottsdale Quarter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice BUT I did not appreciate the 5 minute walk to get back to the room every single time with a child who is less than 1 years old (see video). Everything is well maintained though and I appreciated all of the things to do and places to go nearby!

I recently stayed at the Westin Kierland Resort. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms spacious. What I was most blow away is the staff at this hotel- everyone was so kind and attentive!!! A very special shoutout to Mario, the front desk manager who ensured my stay was phenomenal every step of the way. Also, I had one of the best massages ever by Robyn at the spa. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa for a conference and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well run. The conference and meeting spaces were excellent and worked perfectly for our group. The staff did a great job with all of our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was well organized and very well prepared. The entire conference was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. Overall, this is a first class resort with a first class conference center. A really good experience all around.

Our second time visiting this resort and we absolutely love it! Michelle at breakfast is incredible, Katrina at Antidope was so attentive and knowledgeable, Michael with guest relations was wonderful as well. The valet team always goes above and beyond too. Thankful for everyone who made our stay memorable. We’ll be back soon!

This is nice resort and conference hall. The place is well decorated in the desert scene with displays of snakes in their habitat. The conference hall is big and well appointed. The facilities are full service and well serviced. The rooms are fine with the basics. A bit dated. Overall we had a nice experience here.
