White Tank Mountain Public Court

I've always had a good experience at this court house. It is clean and overall a nice place to take care of your business, even of you'd rather not be at a courthouse.

Been a judge is more then putting a black gown and sit on the courtroom bench If you have the unfortunate unpleasant experience of having judge Heidi Owens presiding on your case, She will erode your faith in the Justice system, most jurists warrant our respect. Then there are those who shake public trust. A judge considered bad if they do not faithfully and consistently adhere to their oath of office and aggressively pursue justice for all, any thing less is unacceptable. Judges are meant to be held to extremely high ethical standards. Any qualified judge is expected to remain unbiased and neutral in the courtroom. She Fail to meet these standards A judge should respect and comply with the law and should act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. She Fail to meet these standards A judge shouldn’t be Incline ,bent prepossession, a preconceived opinion a predisposition to decide a cause or an issue in a certain way, which does not leave the mind perfectly open to conviction. She Fail to meet these standards What she have done and what people like her do to people all over this country is a disgrace. This judge is apparently lost and cannot distinguish between the cloak of authority and the cloak of corruption.

The court will swallow up your money and deny your appeal. They are slow with communicating but yet they are fast with making decisions based on your case. They will and always will be on the buisness side and not the people. I hate the way this system tries to make money off anyone they can in order to stay relevant. They are designed for the people to hire a lawyer in order to win a case.. What type of court hires past lawyers to be judges?? Courts are not supposed to be own by no one. So why are we getting responses from an owner? Your comment did not follow up on what I post. Your communication skills are terrible. I know jobs are limited but at least do your job and stop being complacent.

Hello everyone if you have a issue with your judges conduct on your case you can file a complaint at Arizona commission judicial conduct. You can also contact the senator and governors office to get direction of who to complain to about your situation. Preferably senator sinema because her office always communicates with you. They are really good mark Kelly office doesn't hardly reply. Posting on Google will not handle you situation and your personal business will just be on the internet. I personally like this court. Some people are rude behind the counters and their customer service could be better but overall they are nice.

Hopefully not all the clerks are like this, but I had an extremely frustrating experience. I spoke to Danielle Welborn, and she had the worst attitude from the moment she began talking. She was condescending and snarky when answering my questions. (Not all of us know court protocol inside and out... but she clearly had zero patience.) I also called on a different occasion, and a woman “working from home” answered. She spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, and also had no idea how to direct my call, so I just ended up called back to speak with someone else. I feel like they were all over the place and seemed super disorganized.
