We were here on Jan 15. Paid $20 for car. Bought a sled $20. That ended up breaking on our 3rd ride due to the poor conditions of their slopes. The slopes lack enough snow. The place was busy. They closed one side which made the other one side crowd and that made the slope wear down too. Not our first trip to parks like this but definitely the first park that has such poor sledding conditions. The pictures below show the ground on slopes which ofcourse is not snow. So you are sledding on dirt.We complained and ask for a refund after about 1 hour of being there. They did not refund us for the sled and even tried to accommodate unhappy guests.. Would not recommend unless you know that area has sufficient snow before going there. They need to open when snow covers enough depth to have a pleasant sledding experience. One star for enough parking, snowman making, bon fires and sitting area if your there for that

We had fun. The line to get in was crazy but it was a holiday too though.

Kid's loved it, I loved it. It's a all around beautiful place to spend with the family 😂

Very popular place, and can get quite crowded during the snow season. Great for families and kids. One major complaint: they need to do something about ensuring people, especially kids, don't walk or hangout in the path of oncoming slides. Just observe any slide path here for a few minutes on a crowded day. You will see several collisions between slides and people/kids!

It's a pretty good place to take the kids to play in the snow. With that in mind, it's almost always busy. It's a bit less organized than you'd like as well. Little kids have no idea to move out of the way to let the next sledders go, and their parents don't seem to care either. A few more marked areas for climbing back up would clear up the confusion. Also when there's not a ton of snow, the top turns to rocks pretty quick.
