Highly recommend coming here if you are thinking of getting a new car. Jonathon was super awsome since I got there! He truly listened to what I was looking for a new vehicle to use for my school clinical rotations and that it currently will be an in between car because I am going to need something bigger eventually. He ended up finding a perfect car for me and it was not too basic and not too small or too large. I will definitely be back when I come back for my Yukon Denali after I graduate 🎓 but for now this Terrain AT4 will be my partner in crime for school and work!

Excellent experience. Needed to get my kid a new car. We negotiated on the phone, they had the car ready when we got here. Gave me what I needed on my trade. And we had everything wrapped up in 45 min. Excellent, excellent experience.

I highly recommend for exceptional service! I clicked with “D” at first sight, I had my eye on baby girl Skyblue while waiting for an oil change. I went in found Dee at the coffee pot told him I needed assistance. The next thing I know by the time the oil change was completed which by the way I highly recommend their service department Chris excellent service thank you very much for taking care of the truck! D helped me out and the finance team worked together and I was out of there with my baby before by the time they got done I am so thankful that God 🙏led me there on 12/31/2025, because I had such a great experience buying a car. It’s never been easier. This was probably the best dealer experience I have had. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Bill is a great salesman and not once did I feel any pressure to buy which is how it should be I will definitely buy from Yates GMC again, and I live on the east side so it’s not just down the street for me.
