This triple A branch is excellent! I needed to have my IDP done since I’m traveling to Vietnam soon. And Jesse was great help! He walked me through what the license is capable of providing and also which countries accept it. Also the branch is incredibly clean! All the employees and associates are incredibly welcoming! I’ve never seen such amazing professionalism. Will absolutely come here again going forward.

Honestly couldn’t have more nice things to say about this location! My husband and I needed our international driving permits for our upcoming trip to Japan and Thailand and this location was absolutely wonderful. Everyone who helped us was so pleasant. They even took our passport sized photos, it’s only $9/ per member. I also happened to have a document on me that I needed notarized and they were able to do it for free! All of these years as AAA members and so happy that our first in person time at a branch was a great experience.

My relationship started out very positive with an in person visit, quotes and management with a knowledgeable, personable agent named Kari..I would have gladly given a 5.Star rating to this relationship and service. Sadly this rep left after a couple of years and my experience with AAA went downhill, drastically. Not just once, but twice, when trying to activate insurance on a vehicle that I was not driving in storage errors were made my distracted and what seemed to be untrained employees. Sometimes work at home employees are productive, other times, as I witnessed, the distractions and lack of accountability leave much to be desired. After a pretty much frivolous attempt for someone that said my parked car with automatic transmission rolled in to their car (and their damage had already been semi repaired and painted over) I called both the police and AAA. The rep on the phone claimed I had no insurance on said vehicle putting me into a franic. After a lengthy waste of time phone call I asked for a supervisor and again gave the time and date a few months earlier when I had indeed asked for coverage. A review from supervisors of taped call did prove I had made the change but the rep only charged me for the upgraded coverage (from storage status). I fought, with great detail using pics and videos of the alleged damage and for months was given run around by AAA claims. After hours of accumulated time I asked for a claims supervisor who reviewed my file and said they agreed that the damage allegedly done by my car and said they would close the claim. I thought they had. Fast forward to a huge insurance increase and a visit to the office. Explained the insurance coverage issue has happened to me that time and again on another time more recently and that I wanted and in office rep. Was told an agent in the office could not be assigned as my original contact, Kari, had left (a few years earlier). An in office person did help me without distraction of dogs barking, buzzing of machine cycles etc but dumped on me my claim (that I was told was dropped) was the reason for the increase in premiums. I thought about this a while and a couple weeks later began shopping for insurance. Was told of the claim against me but that it was labeled something similar to a no fault. I don't think a claim should be paid out when a customer is refuting the charge and has detailed measurements with tape measure, vehicle lined up, and pics of the alleged damage already painted over at that moment. Again five star over years went to zero but I have to give AAA a one star, underserved, to post this review. Calling in for service was cumbersome as their system some how always had be in the wrong AAA zone, apparently by my cell phone area code. I warn potential customers to avoid AAA unless you have a reliable, undistracted, trained in office representative. I don't plan to return to AAA, and again caution anyone from doing business with an unknown over their phone network and what I found as shabby at home staff.
