Bills Pest Termite Control

We were at our wits' end with a massive pigeon problem that had taken over our patio and backyard. The constant cleaning and frustration were making our outdoor area completely unusable. Thankfully, we found Bill's Pigeon Control. Over the course of five weeks, we had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Logan and Travis Randall. From day one, their performance was outstanding. They meticulously followed our contractual agreement, demonstrating impressive knowledge and skill throughout the process. Jonathan and Travis were always punctual, polite, and completely transparent, ensuring our satisfaction every step of the way. Once the project was finished, they left our roof and patio area immaculately clean—it was better than new. The cost was reasonable and they never asked for a penny until the job was completed. They even independently extended the service one week longer than agreed on. The results speak for themselves: our patio, as of now, is pigeon-free, and we're finally able to enjoy our outdoor living space again. We highly recommend their services.

The folks at Bills Pest and Termite control are excellent and courteous. We have been with them for 23 years and have always appreciated their service. No problems now but before they spent several hours trying to discover how and where they entered into a closet. Nothing was obvious but they tracked it down and treated totally and there has never been a problem there since. Bill came out to provid me with an estimate to rid my house of pigeons. He got right to work ( rather his drone did which delighted my 7 year old). He explained what would be the best course of action and did not over sell. He explained that some of the things I inquired about were expensive and not necessary. He provided additional options but said it would be better to see if the initial project was successful so I wouldn’t waste my money. Bill had the quote ready that afternoon. I had a rep come out from another company but I didn’t feel confident in his knowledge. Bill on the other hand seemed very knowledgable and I am planning on using them to deal with my pigeons. I just haven’t told them yet haha. I will update when the work is complete.

I have a complex pest situation in my home. I decided to give Bill’s Pest and Termite a try mostly due to their advertising. Bobby decided to squeeze me in early at about 11:00 for my 2-4 PM appointment. He stayed about 15 minutes total. He kind of listened to my storyline including the details of what had happened but interrupted me at least three times and asked “what am I here for?” When I showed him the bedroom he was unimpressed and deemed the parasite to be salt. He told me he would take the specimen back to the office to be looked at by specialists for further investigation; however that was not true. He left the specimen on my table when he exited my house and rushed off to his next appointment while I was looking for additional specimens to give him. I explained to him that I had had a rat in the laundry room. He didn't look there. I explained the rat was in the attic and he didn’t look there either. I explained to him that there were tropical rat mites coming out of my ventilation system. He did not check. I explained to him that the mites were in pretty much every room in my house including my car but he didn't look anywhere else. I did not receive a thorough inspection. Additionally, I divulged I have central sensitization which puts me into the category of vulnerable adults not adults who see imaginary bugs. It was the most unfair, worthless inspection I can remember ever having in my life. In fact it was offensive. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I cannot fathom how they have decent ratings.
