We drive three hours down the mountain, and three hours back, just for Blue Wasabi. That alone should tell you everything. As a family of 6, we easily order 12+ rolls, and every single one is fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. The fish tastes clean and vibrant, not heavy. We always leave feeling satisfied but somehow still light and energized, which says a lot about the quality of the ingredients. The service is just as impressive as the food. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience. Hands down, the best place to eat in the Valley. It’s not just sushi... it’s worth the drive every single time.

Our first time in and can't believe we've wait this long. First off, Taylor was our server and she was awesome... very attentive and put in more care than most servers we've experienced elsewhere! The menu is huge and food is outstanding. Didn't have cocktails but they looked amazing. Great atmosphere inside and out. Awesome happy hour prices. Highly recommend and we'll be back for sure!

Absolutely love eating here. The food is always amazing and the staff are extremely courteous and kind! Love coming here for a dinner and a drink or 2. Happy hour deals are great and on Sundays they give you half off all drinks! Would definitely recommend.

I could literally eat here every day. I am so appreciative that they have gluten friendly options. I especially love the Badda Bing and chicken wings!! Everyone here is always very friendly and their mocha old-fashioned is so delicious. I always have to get two (I want more ha ha)

Hubby and I went the day after Valentine's Day. There was a line out the door and were told there was a 20 to 40 minute wait, and we were seated at around 20 minutes. Although the restaurant was busy, our server was very attentive, and our food came out in a timely manner. The drinks were delicious, and the food hit the spot. Will definitely be a regular here.
