This is the best and only car wash left in Arizona that is worth going to… they have massage chairs while you wait, and these guy detail your car on a basic wash!!! They are that good. Enjoy the refreshments and then tip them when a smile… they are great!!

Overall good experience, save for the minor details. I paid $40 for the VIP wash and tipped $10 for a total of $50. I understand it isn’t a full detail, so I completely understand not expecting such. However, even after asking for a more through wipedown, because my car was still scattered with water spots, I still have dirt and water spots on the exterior. I feel like for leaving my car there for an hour and paying for a premium wash the least that could be done is getting the water spots off the exterior. That being said, the interior looked very nice and was vacuumed well and wiped down. Room for improvement but overall a good value.

Paid $40 for the VIP hand wash, plus $15 for a seat cleaning and tipped $10. Unfortunately, the windows were still dirty, the bottom of the doors were missed, and there was visible dirt around and above the tires. Overall, one of the worst value washes I’ve had—felt more like a $10–$15 job. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff were polite when I gave feedback and offered me a discount on my next watch, though I won’t be returning. I literally just got out of there 15 minutes ago.

Desert Auto Spa and Car Wash is a fantastic spot if you want your car cleaned and detailed with real care, their premium packages go beyond a basic wash, with interior vacuuming, waxing, and attention to small details that make a big difference. I really appreciated the comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and snacks while my car was getting pampered. The staff were friendly and worked efficiently, and my vehicle came out looking refreshed and clean inside and out. It’s worth trying their VIP or hand-wash options for the best results, and I’ll definitely be back next time I want a thorough clean and nice finishing touches.

UPDATE 3/6/25: Mike called me today and offered to fix the work today. I really appreciate when a business responds to reviews and takes accountability. Maybe it was just an off day. Will try again and updating from 2 to 4 stars. Really disappointed in this place. I came in today (3/5/25) to have my truck detailed. I got an interior detail, and there was a surcharge for pet hair removal. No problem, I have a German Shepherd and a lab. Makes sense. I agreed to leave the car with them and pick it up in the afternoon. I went to work, and planned on picking it up at the end of the day after meetings. I got a call and then a text saying they were done with my car and they wanted to close early. I got back as soon as I could, and I'm sad I did. The job looked rushed, and definitely not worth the $200. The mats were not vacuumed, let alone shampooed. And they rolled them, so they're now curled.... The seats have shampoo residue left behind. The cupholder wasn't properly wiped out. There's still dirt and debris in the truck bed, and there's water spots near the side view mirrors. I gave them two stars because they were nice on the phone, but will not be back to this car wash.
