El Tataki Sushi Fusion

I had such an amazing experience at El Tataki! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they put care into every dish. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming the perfect spot to go with friends or for a casual date night. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. The drinks were also a highlight refreshing, well balanced, and the perfect pairing with the food. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone!

We had an amazing experience at El Tataki Sushi Fusion in Tempe, and a huge part of that was our waiter, Sergio Escalante. From the moment we sat down, Sergio was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations, checked on us consistently without being intrusive, and had such a positive, welcoming energy throughout the night. Our food and drinks came out perfectly timed, everything was beautifully presented, and he genuinely made us feel taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his guests’ experience. Service like this truly elevates the entire dining experience. If you’re dining here, ask for Sergio—you won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience everytime! Always trying something new, along with some favorites! Highly recommend this location..service is exceptional and accommodating. Menu is extensive, many options to choose from..Big Plus! Atmosphere is great for date night, birthday celebration or a solo dine in. Salúd! Tonight's server, Valeria was knowledgeable of the dishes and kept our drinks, full. Very pleasant and greeted with a smile. El Tataki does not disappoint!

I wanted to give the food a three star, but I wanted to give them another chance, it was super unique The portions were pretty good I'd say a little more than standard, I was a little frustrated that I couldn't get some of the traditional sushi type of setup I didn't realize it was very heavily focused on a Hispanic or Mexican type of sushi take on the industry, it was hard to find anything that didn't have shrimp which is not great to have in sushi dishes, I didn't have a chance to try their sashimi or some of the other unique dishes, I really enjoyed the flavor of the rules that we got I had the Cordon Bleu and my wife had a Las Vegas the biggest failure was they were not hot and they should have been, or at least mine, it was a little less than lukewarm, The atmosphere was really cool, great place for business meetings or nicer get togethers, great for a date, the staff was good, our server was pretty awesome, just didn't fill up our water, some basic rookie kind of mistakes, the dessert menu was left wanting for how fancy and pricey the place is seems like there'd be more than just the overpriced churros options to stand out, locations great, the music was fun, and keeping everything for and five star because it was super unique and I'm sure there's amazing dishes I haven't tried yet but unless you really want that Mexican Hispanic spin on it don't expect it to be close to your high-end sushi place that you'd like to go to...

An excellent place with great service, a five-star experience. Valeria is always attentive and aware of our needs; she is very kind. I highly recommend it. I spent a special time in a cozy atmosphere with my wife. It’s really nice to find places like this.
