I had weekly pool service and various repairs from H2O. Steve is a wonderful person with a professional crew! The repairs were done as scheduled and they always showed up on time and ready to work...I had three separate pool services while I lived in Glendale and this is the Only one I can recommend! Call them, use them...you'll have a great experience!!

We hired this company for regular pool service, but our experience was disappointing. For four weeks, the pool was not serviced—even though we were still charged. No one rang the doorbell, knocked, or contacted us to report any access issues. We had left the gate locked but placed the key under a rock for them. They came and left without completing the work. The pool was not vacuumed—only chemical treatments were done, and sometimes the chemical costs went up significantly high. Customer service was frustrating. It was hard to reach anyone by phone, and when I finally did, the staff was rude. I only received a call back after sending an email. They used to service our next-door neighbor, which is how we found them, but after this experience, we’ve canceled the service and would not recommend them.

I don't give negative reviews, but this time I have to. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. We contacted this company to clean our pool. First time out they said we needed a new pump system, and gave us an estimate. My husband researched around and got another estimate several hundred dollars less, so of course he went with that one. So then H2O discontinued our service, because we didn't go with them. I paid $160 for a month, and they only cleaned the pool two times, didn't even finish out what they were paid to do. I don't recommend this company at all.

I am very disappointed with H2O Pool Services. I have been with them for four years but finally had to cancel. Let me be clear that I have always been satisfied with the results of their service. They kept my pool sparkling clean most of the time. My problem is with their pricing practice. I have felt for a long time that they 'nickel and dime' their customers but I stayed with them because of the good cleaning results. All seemed good until they began charging for chemicals which were previously included and the cost went up significantly. I was suspicious of chemical overuse but said nothing. Then I discovered that they were (and had been for some time) charging me 8.3% tax on my total bill INCLUDING labor! I had a long discussion with Steve, the owner, and he insisted that they were within their rights to do so. I accepted his explanation but was never convinced he was right. But then recently, they changed billing services and suddenly I was taxed on only products at a rate of 5.6% and NOT on labor! Never was there an expiation, apology nor an offer to make things right for past overcharges. On the same invoice, I discovered that they charged me $57.88 for a tiny pin and a USED backwash handle (that the tech broke and replaced with an old used one he had in the truck). That was 'the straw that broke the camel's back' and I canceled service. Incidentally, I returned the two used parts and requested a refund well over a month ago but have heard nothing even though I reminded him a week ago! So, if you are interested in a clean pool but don't care what it costs, this is the company for you. I now have a new pool service that I will be reviewing soon.

My company and I contacted H2O Pool Service after being burned by another vendor. Their team was responsive, promptly visited our property and quoted the job, and had the work completed in a timely manner after approval. Highly recommended!
