Integrity Auto Glass

I had my windshield replaced by Integrity Auto Glass last Friday. The entire process from calling the claim in to my insurance company to the installation of my new windshield was seamless. Integrity’s customer service representative and windshield technician were amazing! If you need a windshield replacement, I highly recommend using Integrity Auto Glass!

My windshield needed to be replaced due to a long crack on the passenger side. I called Integrity Auto Glass because I received a mailer. From the moment I called to ask for information to scheduling the windshield replacement done and meeting Alex H, the Glass Tech, has been such an easy process! Alex H is very knowledgeable in his field and very good at what he does! He is attentive, respectful and very professional! He explained the process to me and I really appreciate that. He then explained to me that the cowel was old and damaged and yes it was. He was very nice n sending me the link to purchase on Amazon and said to call him when I received it and he would take care of it! Alex installed the new Cowel and did a fantastic job! Excellent service and communication with client! Thank You Alex H! So if you need your windshield replaced make sure to ask for Alex H!

Korleen and Tony were amazing to work with! Korleen even went as far as to go to the office of my insurance agent herself to talk to my agent because my insurance was being a pain. Even after the hiccups we had with first windshield having some distortion, they were on the ball and got it replaced as soon as they could. We were waiting on one other part which was the delay and not the glass itself. I can't recommend these guys enough. Communication was great! Timing was amazing. Tony was able to squeeze me in early at the end of one of his days instead of making me wait two more days until my scheduled day. 100% will use these guys again and will push my insurance to let me use them again in the future.

Used integrity Auto Glass for a new window and a chip repair, both experiences were great, easy to schedule, they were on time and a good price. Would recommend them over any large commercial company

UPDATE Gift card issue was resolved. Thank you so very much If you're considering using this company for the $100 gift card y'all need to find a different company, maybe one with real integrity. I ended up with a $50 gift card...half of what was told to me, I set the card aside f0r a few months and when I went to use it the balance was zero, when I questioned them about it they kept telling me that they'd get back to me but I was persistent, their final claim is that the card was used in towns and places ive never been. The card expires in November 2025 so I'm sure they're just biding time til it is dead. I have called them several times and I get the attitude that it's just $50, and I need to get over it
