Jerry was very helpful in the purchase of our new RV. First, he was knowledgable about the products he sells and 2nd ,if he didn't know the answer to a question we had he found the right person quickly to help. He took the time to show us the RV’s we were interested in and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need or want. The day we picked up our new RV we left our keys in our trade in by mistake. I contacted Jerry after we got home that evening and he called me back within minutes and said he would help with the keys the next day. The next morning the keys were waiting for me when I arrived. Very good customer service! Thank You.

5 stars from the first call until we drove away. Sales, Maintenance, Management, and Finance all provided us with an amazing experience, especially as our time line changed and they worked at every turn to make a smooth transition from seekers to owners.

We found a slightly used Class A motorhome that we were interested in on La Mesa's lot though on-line research. It had everything we were looking for, looked great in all the pictures, had less than 3K miles on it, and we were able to negotiate a really good price since it was a 2024 still on the lot that had not sold. Without actually seeing the coach in-person we took a chance, negotiated the price, and flew into Tucson. Our Salesman Tom met us curb side at the airport, took us shopping at Walmart for food and other items we would need for the return trip, and we headed for the dealership hoping this coach was everything we had been told it was. They had it washed and detailed when we got there with all slides out, lights on, and the TV on. It was impressive. Carlos did our walk thru for the entire coach and did an amazing job (extremely thorough). Tom did my test drive with me and gave me some great pointers (this was my first Diesel Pusher). We took care of all of the paperwork, closed the deal, and drove the coach across the street to camp at KOA for the night. The next morning we started the three day drive to get it home with two overnight camping stops. There were a couple of minor items I could not get fixed until I got it home. I sent them a bill and they sent me a check a few days later. Every one at this dealership was very professional and Tom and Carlos are probably the most customer oriented people I have worked with in the RV industry. Well done La Mesa! Bob
