5 Stars — An Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish We purchased our first RV from La Mesa in Tucson completely out of state, and honestly, we were out of our element. First-time RV buyers, flying in from Colorado, not entirely sure what we were getting into. What we found was a team that made the entire experience genuinely wonderful. Tom in sales was everything you'd hope for and nothing you'd dread. Not pushy, totally responsive, and just a genuinely good person. He even picked us up when we flew in. You don't forget that kind of effort. Alex, the RV tech who walked us through the rig before we left, deserves his own award. Two full hours, incredibly comprehensive, and somehow the kindest, most patient person the entire time. You could tell he actually cared that we understood everything — not just going through the motions. One of the nicest humans we've ever encountered, no exaggeration. And then there's Leslie in finance. We have high expectations — timely responses, clear communication, professionalism throughout. She didn't just meet the bar, she set it. Every email answered, every question addressed, every detail handled with warmth and competence. She was the perfect closing note on the entire experience and an absolute superstar. First RV. Out of state. Completely new to this. La Mesa made it easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. We couldn't recommend this team more.

La Mesa RV in Tucson is simply put, the best. I purchased a brand new RV and they have called me several times post purchase to see if I am happy with the purchase. Thor did have a recall and they fit me in at 8am. The work was finished and done by 9:13. Pictures included? Do other dealers do that? I think not! Great work to Rob and his team. All the sales people remembered me, even after three months. Wow. I did manage to get some free coffee and a bottle of water always available to customers.

La Mesa RV was fantastic through the whole process of buying our RV front start to finish. For us, it started with an outstanding salesman Jerry. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable but not pushy. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive. Highly recommend him to anyone. Next was Eric the sales manager. Also very professional and patient. He listened and made us a great deal. And finally there was the finance manager Leslie. She was professional, compassionate and kind. All in all, a great experience.

Had a wonderful experience. I knew basically what I wanted from their website. Met with Tom and he helped me narrow down my choice. He made sure it fit my needs and wasn’t out of my price range. Rob in finance was equally great. I highly recommend,y recommend La Mesa Rec Van of Tucson!

Jerry was very helpful in the purchase of our new RV. First, he was knowledgable about the products he sells and 2nd ,if he didn't know the answer to a question we had he found the right person quickly to help. He took the time to show us the RV’s we were interested in and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need or want. The day we picked up our new RV we left our keys in our trade in by mistake. I contacted Jerry after we got home that evening and he called me back within minutes and said he would help with the keys the next day. The next morning the keys were waiting for me when I arrived.
