⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love Pool Care is the best pool service I’ve had—by far. I’ve used four or five different pool service providers over the last 15 years, and none compare. They currently service two pools for me (sometimes three), and they’re consistently excellent. They do an incredible job, communicate clearly, and genuinely look out for your money. When we have parties, they’re proactive about adding extra service to make sure everything looks perfect. I get regular email and text updates, and I always know exactly what’s going on—even though I’ve only met their technician a couple of times in person. Professional, reliable, and transparent. Highly recommend.

I want to give a huge shoutout to my pool guy, Manuel, for consistently going above and beyond with his work. From the very first day, he has been reliable, professional, and incredibly thorough with every aspect of maintaining my pool. He doesn’t just do the basics he takes the time to check equipment, explain what’s going on, and make sure everything is running perfectly. I appreciate how attentive he is, how he notices small problems before they turn into bigger ones, and how he always keeps the pool looking crystal clear. Manuel’s communication is another thing that sets him apart. He lets me know when he’s on the way, updates me on anything that needs attention, and never leaves without making sure the job is completely done. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that means a lot when you’re trusting someone with your home. He’s dependable, honest, and truly cares about providing the best service possible. My experience with Love Pools has been inspiring. A year ago I purchased a home with a pool having never owned a pool before. I decided on a pool cleaner after a quick Internet search. I was only able to text the owner, but did explain that this was a second home where we would not be there much of the time and I was relying on him to take care of the pool. The pool was always dirty even after a cleaning, but it was the growth black algae that finally drove me to look for another pool caretaker. I drove out to Love Pools with pictures of my pool. After that visit, Ryan from Love visited the home and pool the next day. He explained that the pool filter equipment was old and not functioning properly and that the water chemistry was not correct. He quoted me a reasonable price for the new equipment and then spent two hours working on changing the chemistry in the water. Two days later, the new equipment was installed and just as he said, the pool water was transformed. It was amazingly changed! Aerators and pop- ups I didn’t know I had began to work again. An additional dedicated vacuum line was installed, again because of Ryan’s advice, and the pool vacuum actually works efficiently now. Unlike the previous company, the maintenance service included the pool sides being brushed every visit and, due to diligent monitoring of the water chemistry, the black algae is almost gone. Everything Love pool told me would happen if I followed their advice has happened. I can text Ryan anytime if there is a problem and it is addressed immediately. We are going to have the pool resurfaced later this spring and Love pools again provided a reasonable estimate for that project and the will do it. I remain truly amazed at how much Love pools cares about customers service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley who has become frustrated with their pool service as I had become. I don’t worry about my pool anymore.

I am so do grateful for Love Pool. I literally could not say enough good things about them. I request so many things and they meet my requests and deadlines every single time. I have had them fir at least 10 years. I text their office ALL THE TIME and they always reply immediately and have answers and even super friendly. I have a so with autism and chemical allergies quite severe. They make sure the pool is warm and in perfect atmosphere and environment for him. Were not the easiest customer I know. Including prepping the pool before and after for our dance school parties for tons of kids. I am really grateful and I HIGHLY recommend them. I do not know another pool service who does as much as Love Pool.
