Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. Truly they are a professional team. We had a water softener installed, and then an RO system in the kitchen, with an added-on alkalizer to remineralize the water, and we also got a couple bathroom faucets replaced. I loved the thoughtfulness and personalities of the skilled tradespeople who did the work as well as the sales contact Paul, who initially came to give us a quote, who also used to be an installer himself. They seem like a good culture and I felt great about them being in my home & giving them my business. My scaredy-cat, who always runs & hides from everyone, even lounged on the floor in the middle of the living room while they walked around him in their shoes with the shoe-cover sleeves on. Which was also a nice thoughtful add. If this reads like I’m a salesperson for them, I’m not, but that’s because I actually sell professional services in the technology industry. I’m a Director of Service Sales & I believe in everyone providing great services for each other! I don’t want our culture to come to expect mediocre, crummy experiences. So I make a point to celebrate and champion great services wherever I cross it.

We purchased the whole house water Filter with soft water and RO for our kitchen at the same time I purchased a second RO for a future kitchen for my mother, which is now complete today they came out installed the second RO system. Appt was easy, communication was appropriate, work was done quickly after a quick trip to the supply house. Levi, our service plumber, was great. He was timely and cleaned up the area as if he hadn't been there. I do think we paid an excessive amount of money for the service, but I agreed to it. I would recommend Parker and sons, just not sure if there is some premium pricing for the time of year. Thank you!!!

Dave at Parker & Sons was AMAZING!! we had several mom and Pop plumbers. Come out to tell us what was wrong and charges for different jobs and still the job did not get fixed. When contacting Parker & Sons I figured it was best to get a corporate bigger company out to give me their opinion and price. Yes, It was not a cheap repair but at this point, whatever it took to get it fixed was important. Dave took his time did everything very neat was absolutely cleaned and explained every step every detail. I would definitely call and schedule with Parker & Sons again and my request will always be Dave!! Dave is a soul sent from heaven!!

They did an awesome job! Parker & Sons are great to work with!! The people were nice, extremely competent and knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. We had our hot water tank, water softener system, and RO systems replaced all at once. Great job… Excellent service… Highly recommend it!
