Parsons Villas | Scottsdale Vacation Rentals

Rented this place for an extended stay, sight unseen. Sort of a gamble. And it turned out to be an incredible choice! Beautiful, gated and immaculately-maintained area, fully-equipped and comfortable living area with lots of outdoor lounging options, fantastic jacuzzi, accommodating and friendly hosts. A great experience, with zero annoyances of any kind!

Fantastic place everything you need. Great inside and outside space to relax and enjoy Good location for Phoenix and Scottsdale. Have stayed previously in Omni Scottsdale and other hotels on previous trips which were great but this is a truly special place. Beautiful pool and hot-tub. Lovely views and deck areas with the horses just next door. Host very accommodating when we required an extra night because of UK flight changes. Loved every minute would return in a heartbeat. Thank you.

We rented a home through Parson’s Villas in October of 2024 for Thanksgiving of 2025. We made our first payment in October of 2024 and our second payment in August of 2025. This home was to host our children and grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holidays. On September 30th of 2025, we were informed by Mary, the head person at Parson’s Villas, that they no longer managed the property, and the owner had instructed them to cancel all reservations. She offered us an alternative property, but it would not accommodate our large family. She said she would send us a refund. However, she not only hasn’t done that, but she will not respond to our emails or phone calls. It has been 6 weeks with no refund from her. I contacted VRBO who has been helpful, but they recommended I go through my credit card company to file a dispute. I filed a dispute and provided all the documentation to show my efforts to get a refund. I have just received a reversal of the two payments on my credit card. In the meantime, we had to secure another property which was considerably more expensive because of the late timing and low inventory of remaining properties for these dates. We have had almost 17,000 tied up between these two houses. I absolutely would not rent a property through Parson’s Villas under any circumstances.

Amazing location in the heart of old town. If I were being picky the only complaint would be that there are only 2 bathrooms. The location certainly made up for that though. Communication from the owners was great, they were very responsive. I would definitely rent from them again!

Great place! Backyard lights were not on, staff came out and quickly fixed. Some updating needed but beautiful house and for the most part well kept.
