Ra Sushi

This place is great. The bartenders are friendly and the manager was great. Give me my birthday discount accommodating nice outside seating area. Definitely add scallops 🦞 to your fillet. Dessert was delicious ❤️ trio and the crème brûlée was delicious.

Absolutely incredible experience at RA Sushi! The food was hands-down some of the best sushi we’ve had — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every roll and dish exceeded our expectations. Huge shoutout to Luis and Tristen for making the night even better. Their service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. I also have a nut and peanut allergy, and they were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, which made the experience feel safe and stress-free. Between the amazing food, top-tier service, and great atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. We’ll absolutely be back again soon! 🍣✨

The open patio concept in this restaurant drew me in with the beautiful weather and wonderful food! We bought quite a few specialty rolls on their happy hour, all being delightful and a good price. Our server Luis was fantastic, he went above and beyond! His attention to detail was unparalleled. His great attitude helped towards a wonderful evening. Be ready to eat at this great sushi spot in Scottsdale!

I just want to give a huge thank you to Luis and Tristen. I had absolutely incredible service, this is one of my favorite places to eat. Luis was kind and respectful, making sure I had an incredible meal. I see how attentive he is with all of his tables and how welcomed he is making everyone feel while eating here. I love Ra Suhi.

I have been a RA Sushi customer for over 20 years and am a frequent visitor to RA Sushi North Scottsdale, spending a good amount of money every visit. This most recent dining experience was extremely disappointing. A complete lack of adequate customer service and poorly made dishes. (In an empty restaurant, it took a while to even be greeted). When our server, Brooke, delivered our drinks, the green tea we received wasn’t the one we wanted. When I quickly, yet politely, clarified that we wanted the matcha green tea instead and if we could replace it, she sighed and looked at me as if I had asked the most inconvenient thing on the planet. Despite my respectful recognition of the possible misunderstanding, she explained to me that, “This IS green tea“. Still wanting the other drink, she took the glass and silently walked away. No reassurance. No apology. When we were ready to order our entrees, we asked our server if she could maybe try to help us figure out a roll that seemingly disappeared from the menu. I didn’t expect that clarifying whether our regularly-ordered item was removed would be considered too much, right? When we explained the dish, she stood there appearing uninterested and made no effort to assist us or engage with what we were trying to clarify. It quickly became clear that our concerns weren’t going to be addressed, so we dismissively decided to order something else instead. When our entrees eventually arrived, the cucumber ROLL I ordered was lazily thrown together with soggy seaweed wrapped only a fraction around the roll... It was impossible to chew through. Attempting to eat it with chopsticks, it completely fell apart. When I switched to using my hands... it fell apart even more? Like completely deconstructed?? I couldn't even stomach all 6 pieces of the dish, out of both unappetizing-ness and frustration. Throughout all of this, we maintained a friendly and respectful attitude, but our experience with our server thus far inhibited us from making any issues known. I am extremely underwhelmed with the quality of this RA and honestly hope there are significant improvements in training for both front and back of house.
