If you have a pest problem, look no further than the best damn pest control west of the Mississippi. Last week I was calling every pest company in a panic and felt I was getting the run around, making zero progress with my bug problem. Feeling hopeless with how to deal with my bug problem, the next call I made was to Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control thinking I would have no luck finding the help I was looking for. Let me know tell you how wrong I was.... From start to finish I felt taking care of and supported that my bug problem will be handled. Scheduling was fast and easy, cost for service was reasonable especially with the quality service that was delivered. Communication throughout the week was incredible, they answered every question I had and put my mind at ease. I have 3 wonderful and helpful technicians that serviced my property. They were prompt and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were nothing but kind and respectful the entire time when serving my house and I felt like they all had a PHD in killing bugs with how they explained the process of my bug treatment. Thank you, big shout out to Eric, Michael, and Brandon. I am sure Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control has all great technicians, but boy oh boy if there is a way to request those lads, I would. Highly recommend Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control, I will never google pest control company near me again. I absolutely love this company. Rick is phenomenal at what he does and has the best customer service. He takes such good care of my home and when I’m away I can always trust him when I have my dog there and he is so thoughtful and kind. This company is reliable, affordable, and a pleasure to work with. If you need to get rid of any pests, this is the company to choose! I had an issue with scorpions for far too long and as soon as they came, I have not had an issue since.

We had a nightmare with hornets. Fired first company. Cannot tell you how good, concerned, informative, friendly they were. Knocked out 17 nests, covered house vents, and returned immediately to knock out the last nests. Thanks Brandon! The best.

I am not sure how this company has received 5 stars. The communication and scheduled times are never met. I noticed tubes in our garage on Monday. Upon calling the company they said they could get someone out that afternoon. I was surprised because it was the holidays but I said let’s do it. Monday afternoon comes and goes. I called the office and they said they would reach out to the tech and call me back with an update. Nothing. I called the next morning and they apologized and said they could try coming that afternoon or set an appointment. I set an appointment thinking that with it on the books it would be a sure thing. We set it for Friday morning at 8. I received a confirmation email and was told I’d be given a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. 8:10 arrives and I call the office once again. She says that she will reach out to the tech. She tried twice and no response. At this point she can’t promise me anything and I didn’t want to wait around all day for the possibility that he may or may not come so I cancel the appointment. Ten minutes later I receive a phone call from someone saying they are on their way. I told him that I already cancelled and not to bother coming. He mentions the other tech that was coming out that his father died. I apologized that his father passed but someone at some point should have known and reached out to me. I should also mention I never talked to the same person on the phone when calling the office. It was always supposed to be the same tech that was coming out, whose name I shall not reveal. I felt like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.

Don't use this company. From the moment I started business with them they became in inconvience to my life. I started services June 2025. My card was put on file for automatic billing and they billed me for pest services without issue. Then I signed up for weeds as well the next month, but they didn't bill my card and instead sent a debt collection notice to a third party collector which was very frustrating. I paid the weed account seperately, even though it was also on auto pay. I still had bugs and I still had weeds so I canceled the services in September. I was assured my account was paid in full (I asked specifically about any debt collecting). TO THIS DAY I am being harrassed in the mail, email, and texts for money on my closed out account that I made sure was completely paid for. I am extremely annoyed.
