Topgolf Glendale was such a fun experience, especially since it was my first time trying not only golf, but Topgolf in general. It was way more exciting and entertaining than I expected. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. We did have to wait about 30-40 minutes for a bay, but it was definitely worth it. Once we started playing, we had a great time and laughed a lot. Overall, it was a really fun experience and something I'd happily do again.

They changed the menu items and the changes are a downgrade. The fries were the best around and now they are some Ore Ida brand. The nachos are a mess. The spaces were dirty and we were in early so wasnt like a huge group was before us. One of the tv screens was broken. The dishes had someone elses food remains and greasy fingerprints. Our screen was broken too. Good golf though, server was nice. Check in people were not friendly.

What an absolute shitshow. Out for a family outing, we were quoted a one-hour wait. After waiting the full hour, we checked on our bay reservation only to be told we had been assigned a bay for the last 36 minutes, yet we never received a confirmation text(?). Then we were told we’d only had one hour to golf because there was a group reservation behind us. While we wait the initially quoted hour, we decided to eat. After 20 minutes of sitting at a table we realized we had to get up and order our own drinks and food because service prioritizes the bays — but no one tells you that. Everyone around us was sitting there waiting, confused, while employees stood around. Our food took 45 minutes, and the condiments we asked for (blue cheese and salsa) never came. Don’t worry, all the employees stood around chatting while we wait for it to never show up (picture attached). To be clear: this is not the employees’ fault. This is poor management, poor communication, and poor organization. We informed the manager on duty. Her response? “Thank you, have a good day.” Not listening and uninterested. For comparison, we just had our company Christmas party at Topgolf Talking Stick, and the difference was night and day — organized, attentive, and enjoyable. We waited two hours and didn’t even get to golf. Save your day and your plans. Go anywhere else.

Derick went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He kindly accommodated us by moving us to a new bay with a much better location, which made a huge difference. He was incredibly personable, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy. On top of being extremely professional, he was beyond sweet and made us feel so welcomed the entire time. Customer service like his is rare, Topgolf is lucky to have him! We will definitely be back and hope to be helped by Derick again.

I came here 2 days in a row and had a good experience both times. There was about a 30 min wait in a week day both days but not bad. There are places to hangout while you wait. Food was good and service too
