Urban Desert Pest Control

Due to some landlord and rain issues, I had a yard full of weeds in the winter. I contacted Urban Desert Pest and Weed Control for their help in removing the weeds. Although I initially thought the price was expensive, after the few trips that they made to my house, I am now the proud owner of a weedless yard! (Before and after photos included.) I will be using their pre-emergent weed services bi-annually now, and I have already recommended them to friends and family. I have to give a shout-out to Alauna who is the best customer service person I have worked with in a very long time. I am glad I found Urban Desert and plan to use them well into the future.

After discovering a termite tube in our home (eeww!) we've contacted Urban Desert for a free Termite inspection. Jason came out to perform the service and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He identified our issues and presented us with a few options for treatment. Since the estimate was more than reasonable we've scheduled the service for today. Tony performed the service together with another team member and they were both super friendly. Work was done within a couple of hours and we feel very well taken care of. Thank you guys!

As I was cleaning around the house I I spotted some termites inside the house, I sent an email to Urban Desert with pictures and an appointment. The representative came over for an inspection and explained his findings. He presented me with multiple plans and explained everything with upfront pricing and I chose the one I was most comfortable with, I didn't have to pay anything until I was ready to move forward and there was finance options which was nice. I'm writing this review a few months after after Tony his rounds for the pest control session, Ryan was my second technician and he also did an amazing job. My experience with the whole team has been amazing so far and highly recommend them if you need any of the services that they offer.

Urban Desert Pest Control is an excellent company and would highly recommend them! From Steve coming out within a day to inspect the situation and then giving me the estimate to when Tony and Ian came out to my house and fully explained everything that they were doing. They answered all my questions and then some. They reasured me that what they did will take care of my termite issue. They were very knowledgeable, polite and extremely kind. Urban Desert is lucky to have these wonderful employees working for them. I appreciate all that you did and I want to Thank you so much! Great job and Great company!

We've used Urban Desert for many years and have never been disappointed in their service. Their staff has always been very friendly and have always done a great job. We highly recommend them! Faith did a great job today!
