Recently, we had to make one of those big long term homeowner investments replacing our air conditioning units. Our home has two units, both of which had been regularly maintained by Valleywide Cooling since we moved in back in 2016. Over the years, their pricing has always been fair, their technicians knowledgeable, and their customer service consistently solid. When it came time to replace the units, I followed my rule of thumb and obtained three bids. Valleywide not only came in as the most competitive option, but they also delivered the highest level of professionalism and transparency. One company quoted us between 24,000 to 30,000, another between 20,000 to 28,000, while Valleywide offered multiple options ranging from approximately 17,000 to 24,000 for both units. They also clearly explained higher end options without pressure, walking us through the real differences so we could make an informed decision. We ultimately chose a mid tier Goodman system, a two stage 17 SEER setup, which Valleywide explained thoroughly. In recent years, Goodman has proven to be a solid, reliable brand, and while some brands like Trane or Carrier may cost more, we did not feel the added bells and whistles justified the premium. Jonathan initially came out for the first estimate, followed by Jimmy, who provided a more detailed bid and did an outstanding job explaining everything. He even helped clarify what other companies were offering and how it compared, something I truly appreciated. Installation was handled over a weekend by Richard, who was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. His attention to detail was impressive. He even stayed an extra day to make sure everything was done perfectly. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about Valleywide’s standards. Throughout the entire process, every question was answered promptly, and any follow ups were handled with ease. The communication was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Valleywide Cooling. And a special shout out to Margaret, the office manager. She is fantastic. Super kind, attentive, and always on top of follow ups. She truly makes sure customers are taken care of. We will absolutely continue using Valleywide for as long as they are around. Trusted, professional, and genuinely customer focused.

I wanted to write this a few months ago but got side tracked. So sorry for the delay. I would give them a 6 star if it was possible. I purchased an AC unit from Valleywide Cooling back in July 2025 for a rental. Decided to go with them after calling around and got a bad taste in my mouth with other companies. Margret (the office lady) was wonderful. She is very friendly, patient, understanding and clear. Her follow up with details was beyond expected. Jimmy the tech was very patient in explaining to me what is being done. And very patient and nice with my many many calls and questions. He constantly kept me in loop with updates and photos. And was very genuine with his knowledge and didn't try to upsale. And they were very good with a free follow up appt 5 months later to make sure the heating part was working correctly. They took alot of stress off my overwhelming task of an AC replacement. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service, honesty, and integrity I can’t say enough good things about Valleywide Cooling. They came out and fixed an issue with my HVAC system that the original installer, Semper Fi, tried to charge me $1,100 for—even though the problem was clearly covered under warranty. Valleywide didn’t play games. They were honest, knowledgeable, and handled everything the right way. No pressure, no upselling, just straight integrity and professional workmanship. They took the time to explain what was going on, confirmed it should be covered, and made it right. In an industry where trust is everything, Valleywide stands out. We had unknowingly had after market motor put on and they left the wires on the outside of the unit. The service manager did offer to come fix the wires due to we have animals and since these are live wires that can pose serious hazards if the wires fray I’m just floored that they do not have a policy of extending the wires to keep them safe. I got “educated” that they have done it this way for 35 years! I opted to have my husband resolve the issue and not have them come out again due to, yes, we were upset but definitely not vulgar in any way but I definitely didn’t want to invite this company back into my home after being told we were wrong. I can’t believe that they don’t extra wire on the truck to extend the “short wires” that come on the after market motors to prevent the potential electrical hazard when doing the initial job! This seems just lazy to me.
