Yavapai Casino

I love this place. There are certain workers that are rude but they usually work at Buckys Casino, up the hill. The normal crew are all very polite. We just avoid the bar area when any one that works at the bar in Buckys, is covering at Yavapai. I like the atmosphere better and I think the management are approachable as well as most of the staff here..Any questions just ask Chris or James..they treat everyone very nice .

Never done a 1 star review of a place, let alone a casino. Enjoyed this place a lot with my wife. But the way I was treated by the elderly man working the bar was a first for me. Let alone ordering a non-alcoholic drink. I instantly left with my wife, even after I was actually doing well with the gambling. I get no one likes working a Friday night, but if you want to choose customer service where your wage relies on tips, then I'd choose a different profession.

While the casino itself was nice the cantina was a different story. The wait staff was slow to seat people. We were told we could sit anywhere " as long as it's clean". Even slower to take drink and food orders. Waitress we had doesn't seem to like her job much.

Enjoyed it very much. The little diner inside offers great food. We've eaten their three times now and each time we've had good service and great meals.

Ideally...it would be a little bigger But well run, clean...better than Bucky's up the hill
