This location was great! I scheduled an oil change and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes! I had found a coupon code online and they were able to honor it. The man at the front desk was very polite (I want to say his name was David?) I recommend!

I wanted give Kudos to upper management on behalf of David Yeck the Service Advisor at this repair location. From day one David was very patient and helpful answering all my questions. His answers to various detailed questions I had for my daughters Audi Quatro of the work that should be done reassured me that I was in good hands at this facility. Unfortunately the diagnosis of the vehicle was pretty substantial.....David gave suggestions and helped coach me through the best steps moving forward. David is very professional, patient and compassionate with my my daughters car situation!! I would highly recommend asking for David Yeck at this So Scottsdale location if you want honest answers to your questions showing high integrity. Being that I live in Seattle, WA he was very helpful not being able to come down and talk with him directly regarding my duaghters Audi Quatro. Thank you AAA So Scottsdale location for having David as part of your staff leading by example every step of the way. He should be cloned and moved up into management!!! Respectfully, Mr. Pliego Seattle WA

The staff was all friendly, and they were ready to work on my car right at the time of my appointment. I waited in the lobby in a comfortable chair. The car was finished right on time with no problems. I will go back in the future!

Wow!! A 5-star experience! This review is all about David Yeck!! This gentleman is a true asset to your company and its reputation. Long story short- I walked into this AAA location late on a Friday afternoon, after being completely dissed , dismissed and blown off by AAA mobile service. Horrible experience. ( Phoenix Battery - brutal!) The driver refused to listen to me, and replace my battery which had left me stranded at least 3x over the last 6-8 months. I had a 36 month warranty. I Still had at least a year left on the warranty. The driver told me to go to a AAA location. lol. Without even a care that I could end up stranded again. So I did!! So glad I did , because David not only tested the battery himself, found it to be 41%, leaking and corrosion, and made the decision to replace it. No questions asked! I felt heard, safe , and that your staff here truly cares about customers’ safety and satisfaction. David exhibited true and real management skills. You now have a repeat customer. Thank you 🙏

Update: Emailed preferred email in their response, still no reply. 2 different cars, 2 separate misdiagnosed issues, a boat load of money later, a ton of anger and frustration, and 2 situations where I should have just handled things myself. After coming to this shop for multiple issues on my SUV, the last time should have been a precursor to the disaster I am facing now. To start, I had an AC compressor issue go totally misdiagnosed at the end of summer ( this was my first misdiagnoses from this shop). I went in for an issue with my car not idling correctly, left after paying almost $300 dollars for a "vacuum leak" just to leave the shop and INSTANTLY have the issue happen again leaving the parking lot, not even 48 hours later my AC compressor totally went out. No sorry, no willing to work with me on the price, nothing. I ended up having to pay an extra $300 for an ac compressor job because of the misdiagnoses. That already made me skeptical of this shop, I should have listened to my gut. Now fast forward to the debacle I have found myself in. I took my other car in for an alternator issue and a suspension issue. Alternator issue, got resolved (I would hope that would have been an easy one as the issue was, my alternator had caught fire). However the suspension issue again was COMPLETELY misdiagnosed to the tune of almost $2,000! For context I should have checked personally, I should have listened to my gut and double checked which I will take ownership on. I had a family member handle the on the phone transaction and information as I am unable to even have a phone on me for work. Originally I had said the car was having issues with clunking over minor bumps and rough riding. Before the car was even in the shop it had an almost entire suspension overhaul. New struts (not even 6 months old, we'll circle back to that in a minute) aftermarket Tein springs, new sway bar end links, new rear upper control arms with heim joints, rear toe rods, new axles, new ball joints, new wheel hubs, still even have a new front and rear sway bar set, and new rotors and brake pads to install. The ONLY part that was not done after months and months of trying to track down a suspension noise, was front LCA's (lower control arms). I get the car Monday after having a family member handle the transaction, with clear instructions both emailed to the shop and explicitly stated to said family member "I just want it diagnosed, if its anything that's been installed recently, I WILL deal with it myself." Apparently that was lost in translation as my entire front suspension was "re" done and nuked, with ALL of the parts, most not even 6 months old, thrown away. Entire new strut assemblies being the most expensive ($1,300 when the ones on the car were LITERALLY brand new and 1/16 the cost of that!) and the ones they removed maybe had 100 ( if that) miles on them! And to top it off? Guess what was still persisting on the car even after leaving the parking lot again?! The exact same noise, with the exact same issue! So after spending $2,000 for basically nothing, I now am not only left with a car still having the same issue! But now the cars ride height is so uneven its comical.. Seriously, your techs were okay with letting it leave like that??? After a day of anger and frustration, I express ordered lower control arms, installed them myself and now? Issue is gone!!! Regardless I am still out thousands at this point and had absolutely nothing to show for it other then a coupe that is now squatted like a redneck truck (embarrassing even)!
