Canyon State Service Experts

I purchased a trane unit from this company several years ago they were great had a service contract nice folks. Not sure what happened if it changed ownership or what. I have been calling for weeks and no one can return my calls. Its time for some additional new units they will not be getting my business. I finally got a call back while doing this review. The lady that called me could care less! just reassured me that they don't want any business. Our whole block is doing remodeling we are using the same contractor for our remodeling. My neighbor told me he had been calling canyon state as well with same problem. Don't waste your time with these care less people. VERY Poor customer service for a returning customer that bought one of there best largest units and now wanted 2 more. Beware!!!! The hold music says it all loud and clear!! The customers have the message!

We had a water leak under our sidewalk and Canyon State's employees; Andrew Zacek and Victor Reyes worked tirelessly, breaking through 4 inches of concrete and then digging down through 2 feet of mud to find the leak and fix it. We are truly thankful for their skills and work ethic in fixing this challenging water leak.

I engaged Canyon States HVAC for plumbing issues and was visited by Victor who viewed those issues and explained the various solutions. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Victor performed all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I will continue to use Canyon States in the future.

A Shout out for Canyon State for exceptional service people. I had my new air condition/heating system installed yesterday. Jesus Benitez-Felix was very polite, thorough, and answered my questions when making the sale of an upgraded unit, replacing my 28yr old relic which served me well. Antonio Dear is wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable and hard working with the install. He gave me updates and answered my questions. Always pleasant! Together after the installation, walked me through all that they did as well as going over the new thermostat and what to expect. Together they are the pair to have. I am very happy and satisfied with the service they provided. I will definitely recommend them at Canyon State and looking forward to their continuing good service. Thank you. Carolyn Boni

He explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully taken care of. It’s rare to find service this good — highly recommend requesting Frederick if you can!
