Called HVAC today as my heater wasn’t working and it’s the first time we’re using it. They came earlier than expected, resolved quickly the issue and were very considerate and helpful, asking if I had any other questions they could help with. In this day and age, great Customer Service is the difference from companies staying afloat or dying. Appreciate their timely response and resolution to the issue!

Nick did great job explaining our service appointment details. He found an issue with our damper. I was glad to understand the specifics as to why it should be replaced in gladly had him perform that important task for us. KevIn.

This is a bummer me writing this, but really feel the need to let people be aware of this company. I have never written a bad review in my life, but here we are. We never had a chance with these guys, unfortunately, we bought a new build with Lennar and these guys were their choice to install the AC for our house. They have been nothing but horrible, always trying to charge us some trip fee to come out and diagnose their issues. Our house is four years old and we have already spent $3000 on our AC unit. First off the furnace itself was unlevel and water was collecting in the pan, come to find out the pan is right above our Master bedroom bed so if it were to overfill would’ve landed right on our heads, that’s very calming to know. Next, now it’s 9 PM on a Saturday and we are having to have our variable speed motor replaced just after four years.. Reach out to see if it’s under warranty and nothing but cost come out of their mouth, want to charge us another trip fee and then tell us you know what we’ll cover the trip fee. You guys just have to pay for labor. It would be nice to be able to live in our house for a full year without having any issues with the AC but I guess that’s not the case with any of Chas Roberts work. If you have a choice, I would never pick these guys.

The service rep , Misael(sp?), was excellent. I have a technical background. I found him to be very not just professional but really smart and excellent at articulating the work he had done. I learned from him. By far the best service person of any trade with whom I have interacted since I moved here ten years ago!

Jesse from Chad Roberts, the HVAC service tech called to let us know he was on his way. Arrive at the designated time. He got to work and in about 30 minutes he completed the service requirements. I signed the completed work order and scheduled the next servicing. Very professional and kept me informed of his completion. Awesome job Jesse. Thank you!!!
