Cobblestone Auto Spa Mesa

I had a coupon for the platinum full service which is normally $40. I told the gentleman that took my truck about his reviews, and that I was only giving it a chance because of the coupon. Didn't seem to matter at all.The windshield is dirty and I have to clean it interior not fully wiped down.I do have a dog and was not expecting them to get the dog hair out. But it really doesn't look like they tried at all. Definitely live up to their one star ratings.If I had paid forty dollars, I would have been furious. As it is, I will clean the truck.The rest of the way and never go back. All of these things cleaned up very quickly when I did it myself.

This used to be my favorite car wash, but the last several times have been horrible. $45. 00 down. And I will have to go back and read.Wash my vehicle as well as wipe the inside down.. they did not claim the front of the windshield on the inside dust. Left all over the screens inside the console and the doors barely touched. Definitely, with a dry rag, not a wet.Rag... The rims were barely wiped down, but look absolutely horrible. And no carscent.... i do not recommend there's car wash anymore...

My wife has a membership at cobblestone car wash. We took it to the baseline in Val Vista location August 16 and they ran our BMW into the back of the Toyota truck with a trailer hitch on it as you can see in the pictures there’s a big dent in the front of our X5M. I went in and talked to Gustavo and assistant manager They looked at the video assured me they would take care of it no problem they said three days and I’ll be contacted by corporate.. The time has came and went nobody ever contacted me Call corporate they said all they can do is send an email to the branch that did the damage talk to the branch multiple times they say all they can do is send an email to corporate. It’s been almost a month and still nobody has contacted me about fixing the damage. I’ve called and called and get nowhere Very shady very upset. We Cancelled the membership on the vehicle will not be going back All we wanted was the damage to be fixed. Started out as no big deal, but they refuse to contact me to get it fixed. Beware

Dennis M. is Awesome! Excellent customer service. This team is top notch! I love this location. Everyone is helpful and understanding. (It is a bummer when the core group gets transferred to other locations.) Dennis & the them go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure all your needs are addressed.
