A local recommended this place and it did not disappoint. It was my favorite meal during my entire week in Scottsdale. Dishes were flavorful and inventive. They also change all the time which keeps things interesting. I had a carrot salad that tasted like Buffalo chicken wings - phenomenal. And Brazilian cheese bread made from tapioca flour served with a chimchurri sauce - excellent! And lastly, a tomato-based turnip and ground lamb dish with a mint-infused yogurt sauce that reminded me of Afghan aushuk (dumplings with meat sauce and yogurt). And as someone traveling solo for work, they seated me at the bar with other solo travelers/diners and it was delightful. It felt like we were in a traveling club and we all chatted like old friends. That’s the kind of atmosphere at FNB. Intimate, quiet with delicious food.

This place is amazing! I've been to some fine-dining restaurants, and nothing compares to it. The vegetable-centered menu is quite creative, and the flavors are excellent as well. We ordered pork ribs, wreckfish, and parsnip. The dishes lean a little toward the sour side, but they still tasted great to me, someone who doesn't generally enjoy sour food. Overall, highly recommended!

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to, and I have lived in NYC, London, Paris, and LA. This is farm to table, seasonal at its finest. Small shareable to larger plates. Excellent use of fresh herbs, fermented food, vinegars, char, grill, and whipped cheeses. Creative takes on veggies without the confusion of the chef trying to be too experimental. The balance of saltiness to fat to acid was on par. Daily/weekly changing menu. Great wine list - many natural wines. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Will be delighted to hopefully go back. DO NOT SKIP THE DESSERTS

When my son went to ASU 10 years ago, this was a must stop for dinner with my wife when we visited him. The Food was inventive, tasty and delicious. Haven't been back since. Had a conference in Scottsdale for one night, so I wanted to go again to "check it out". They haven't lost a beat. I let the waitress pick dinner for the three of us. Again, a variety of tastes and textures on the palate. A bit noisy, could use better acoustics, but overall Wonderful.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful and well worth the visit! We booked a reservation (which requires a deposit) but our flight was delayed. We called and they were so kind and accommodating for us. We were very glad we were able to make it work because the food and service was phenomenal. We ordered the green salad, potato buns with duck fat, and pork chops with seasonal squash. Every bite was full of flavor and the pork chop was the most tender pork chop I’ve ever had. This restaurant is a must stop for your next Scottsdale visit!
