I stopped by to vacuum my car before heading home, and the experience was great. A very friendly employee noticed all the mud on my car — I think he spotted my daughter’s lovely mud artwork on the passenger side from the day before 😂. He asked if I wanted them to take care of it for me, and even offered to do it for free. I really appreciated that! Unfortunately, I was in a rush and only had time to vacuum, but the customer service was fantastic — probably the best in town. The vacuums also have great suction, which was exactly what I needed to clean up all the dirt and kid snacks 😂. I’ll definitely be back!

It's nice because you get a free car wash when you spend $10 in gas. But hours on the internet say 8:00 to 8:00 today and it looks like they're closed. Sometimes they close early hours are wishy-washy.

I have never taken time to write a review, but I felt compelled to let people know what type of establishment they are dealing with, so hopefully you will not ever have to experience what I did. I don't know about you, but I work to hard and I take pride in my vehicle and to have a company not take responsibility/accountability or even care about consumers,doesn't work for me. Honestly, I wouldn't even give one star if I had that option. I visited Mr Z's carwash for the first time a month ago. I paid for a Ultimate carwash(the most expensive one). They did a horrible job, I brought it to there attention and they redid my car and provided me with a coupon for a free Ultimate carwash. On Sunday, I redeemed this voucher and frankly, I wish that I had never returned to this establishment. I redeemed my voucher, the young man told me that my car was ready. Upon walking around my vehicle I approached my passenger side front door. It was locked and closed as opposed to the other doors, which were opened, so I couldn’t open it up and look inside it. I didn’t think anything of it. I simply went to the driver’s side and got in after inspecting the car. I inspected the inside of the car and it looked good. I pulled out of the drive way into the street and my side mirror immediately feel down, so I completed a u turn and came back to address this matter. Accidents happen, so if the employees simply advised me that they broke my side mirror or that the car wash did, I would have been fine and would have had no problem allowing them to rectify the situation and I would not be irate. The fact that the employees tried to cover it up by trying to push the mirror up, in hind sight having the door locked so that I wouldn’t open it and then all standing around while I checked the car out knowing that my mirror was broken was not ok. The lack of compassion, horrible customer service and negligence is unbelievable. When I handed the keys to my car to the young man, there was Nothing wrong with my car. I can’t even began to assume what happened to my car while in one of the attendants hands. Juan the manger on duty at the time, had no authority to say how the establishment would rectify the situation. Which is completely absurd. I had to make him make a phone call to Rich( the general manager). I took pictures and advised him that he needed to as well as provide me with an incident report. Juan tried to tape the mirror up so that I could drive my vehicle and, he was having a hard time getting the tape to stick. While he tried several tactics I made a phone call, while on the phone Juan advises me that he got it to stay up. When I went around to the passenger side, I said wow good job, I can’t even see the tap. He then advised that he glued it. He actually glued my mirror to the side of my car, without confirming with me if that was even ok. I was in such disbelief that I just said thank you for your efforts and left. I know that he was trying to be helpful and he could see the stress on my face from the whole ordeal and he heard me trying to figure out what I was going to do now. This whole ordeal went from bad to worse.When I returned to Mr Z's yesterday to speak with Rich, he actually tried to tell me that its my fault for not reading the signs, stating that they aren't liable for Anything that happens to your car vehicle while at the carwash. Then he tried to ask my why his carwash would pick my car only to break and that its Arizona and pieces swell and get hot and its just a matter of time. Then he tried to view my other side mirror and saw that it was perfect and blamed the apparent mark that his carwash did to my side mirror as prior damage. When I advised that there was no prior damage before this incident, he went on to tell me that his tunnel doesn't have the capability of breaking anything. Its funny that Juan made a incident report stating it was broken going through the tunnel. I have pictures of them trying to fix it and I am going to take them to small claims court now.

I came to this place to clean my car completely and when I was delivered the car after 3 hours and a half. the radius of my car had a grease stain, I spoke with the manager to fix the problem and he said there was nothing I could do, He closed the door of my car and he left me talking alone, very bad service to the client and dishonest people who do not believe in your word.
