I got to try out the manual 6-speed Africa Twin at Honda Demo Days, which has always been my dream bike! The staff at Nash Motorsports were amazing — they accommodated me in every way to make sure I got on the bike, and the whole experience was super comfortable. The ride itself was professional, safe, and still a lot of fun. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, and I honestly had a great time overall. Very happy with the experience! Buying my first motorcycle was a huge moment for me, and I’m so glad Nash Powersports was recommended to me! I already had a good idea of what I wanted when I walked in, but thankfully I met Josh, who was kind and helpful in showing me the bikes I wanted to see, answering questions, and making sure I had the info I needed to feel confident about my choice. Tyler in finance was very thorough, professional, and took time to explain everything clearly, go over all options/scenarios, without ever rushing the process. He kept things fun and informative, and helped me feel confident in every part of the purchase. He kept in touch throughout the process with updates and made himself available for any questions, which I really appreciated! Cole was another great help for me! He helped so much with the modifications, gave me updates on parts and timing, and stayed in communication about when everything would be ready. He made the customization side of things feel just as smooth and exciting as the actual purchase. Now that I have my bike, I can say the experience from start to finish made it even more special. By far the WORST experience I've had with a company! Bought a used 2022 crf450r from them November 19th, Just took it on my first ride last weekend and when i got home i noticed it was slightly low on oil so i figured i might as well do an oil change and top it up. When i go to try and loosen the plug it is tightened far far far beyond what a drain plug should be tightened especially one with an o-ring. Once im able to finally get it loose soaking it in wd40 i come to find out half the threads are gone and my case is cracked. First thing i do is call my sales person and they transfer me to service and they have me bring the bike in. Next day i get a call from the service department and to sum it up they told me, hey it seems that you trying to loosen your drain plug is what caused your case to crack, sorry your SOL and if you want the case replaced its $2500. We go back and forth and they have the gm call me to where he then tells me the best they can do for me is a $500 discount on there labor to replace my cracked case. Mind you i have ridden the bike once since bought and ill I've done is remove the overtightened drain plug to find out my case is cracked and they are telling me they cant warranty any work because ive already wrenched on the bike. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and dont recommend you guys buy anything used from them as they claim to go through the units before sale and charge you an additional non negotiable $600 service fee which they claimed they changed oil,filter,battery, and inspect the whole unit before it is brought out for sale. As you can see from the pictures ive attached the filter has not been replaced and the case is cracked becuase of there techs overtighning the drain bolt. To add to it battery was completly dead and had to ask a nearby rider for a jump back to get it started on my first ride.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Everything was handled conveniently over the phone, and when I arrived at the dealership all that was left was signing and riding away. The pricing was excellent and straightforward, with no hidden fees or unnecessary add-ons. The entire team provided excellent customer service, and I’d especially like to thank Tyler in finance for his transparency and support throughout the process. The transaction was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, and I truly felt well taken care of. I’m thrilled to be riding home on my new bike, and this will absolutely be the first place I call when I’m ready for my next purchase.
