We visited the Heritage Square location . The wait was about an hour which passed quickly due to the outdoor activities at Arizona Science Cener next door. Our meal started with some warm crusty bread and olive oil. I would have been happy just eating that. The pizza crust was soft and flavorful. We got the fennel sausage on one pizza and pepperoni on another both were great. We were able to find street metered parking. There is also valet and an available parking garage.

The pizzas were fresh, with quality ingredients, and the servers were friendly and helpful. I expected a long wait since they don’t take reservations, but since I was a solo diner, I was able to get a seat at the bar within 10 minutes, which was great. This place was worth the wait, and is a must-visit for foodies!

Pizzeria Bianco doesn’t scream. It whispers, and then stays with you. We ordered the Biancoverde, and it tastes exactly like what restraint and confidence should be. Bright, herbal, balanced. No ingredient fighting for attention, just working together. It’s the kind of pizza that doesn’t need explaining, you just pause, chew, and nod. ¡PERFECTA! On the side, the wood-roasted mushrooms were smoky, earthy, deeply comforting. Not a garnish. A statement. The local organic greens with balsamic vinaigrette were crisp and honest, the kind of salad that exists to reset your palate, not pretend to be something else. We paired it with Nebbiolo and an orange wine, and somehow both made sense. That’s the thing here: nothing feels accidental. My husband finished with the flourless chocolate cake, dense, rich, unapologetic. This dessert doesn't care if you're full or not. It shows up anyway. This isn’t hype pizza. It’s quiet mastery. Food made by someone who actually cares. And yes, it’s worth the wait (60 minutes). Service-wise, the experience was mixed. The host at the door could be warmer and more welcoming, the first impression felt a bit abrupt. That said, the servers completely turned it around: attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. Their care made the experience feel human again.

Visited the spot featured on Chef’s Table: Pizza. The pizza is truly delicious — great flavor and texture. Salad is just ok. Service is fast. The interior is very simple and a bit old, but the outdoor seating is cozy, and I’d definitely choose to sit outside. The downside is that they offer valet parking only, which isn’t very convenient.

Well worth the hype. It was packed even on a Monday afternoon, when we found outside seating. Quick service from helpful staff. Pizzas are absolute bomb, especially The Wiseguy — hands down the best. Second comes either the pistachio with cheddar OR feta with greens on top. Great combination both of them. You can’t go wrong here!
