This dealership and salesmen are a joke and not a funny one. We bought a 2022 Verona 36vsb great rig but when it came time to do a walkthrough no one was available but a salesman with 3 months experience. Not his fault but when you spend that much money on a motor home the least they could do is show you the ins and outs of a fully electric rig. We are not new rv people but first time with one that is fully electric. When we got it home we discovered a charging problem and a towing brake controller issue. Called the dealership to try and talk to a technician and the only person they would put me in contact with was the salesman that doesn’t have the experience to help and just stopped answering the phone. Finally called renegade the manufacturer and they helped as much as they could.

I called Kyle McKibbon about a used Verona LE. He initially responded quickly and said that he would follow up on the questions that I asked about the price and condition of the coach. After two phone calls, multiple texts, and three days later, Kyle gave me no answers. He said that he was waiting for the boss to give him an answer, then said that the boss was in meetings all day, then said that he (Kyle) was at a Renegade function and when I asked to talk with someone else, he said that the non-answer must have been an answer "no" to my question. Wow! That is pathetic customer service! If it took three days to not get an answer on four rear tires, how long would it take to write up and process the deal and get the coach serviced so I could pick it up? He admitted that they had the coach unsold for 6 months and had another buyer that had not been able to get it bought either . I certainly know why.

Just picked up my, new to me, 2023 Renegade Explorer 38EMB today. Paul was my salesman and was great to work with. ST had the only 38 EMB I could find available for delivery. Even though I was still able to negotiate a fair deal. Paul was my salesman but the entire team at Sport Truck looked after me. They went above and beyond my expectations. I hope I do not see them again for 3 or 4 years when I upgrade again. They will definitely be my first choice. If you’re in the Market for a Super C you should definitely consider Sport Truck. Thanks Guys, you have definitely made my goals come to fruition.

Worst buying experience that I’ve ever had. I purchased a used Renegade back in July of this year. I was reluctant to purchase used but decided to go ahead with it due to the low miles and the quality of the coach. I figured a dealer that sold these coaches would uphold the reputation and quality of Renegade. Part of deal that was made when purchasing the coach was to make sure the engine was serviced (oil and filter), engine fuel filter was changed, transmission was serviced with new oil and filter, generator would be serviced (oil and filter, fuel filter). I asked about the batteries to make sure I wouldn’t be having any future issues after the purchase. Paul assured me that the batteries were all good. I also asked him about the tires due to the age, he also assured me that the tires were all good. Tires were already 3 years old even though the coach was only 2 years old. I found this out after picking up the unit. So I flew into Arizona with my daughter to pick up the coach. Paul picked me up which I thought was pretty nice. Upon arrival we went to look at the coach and it was being worked on, on the roof. The mentioned they were fixing something they found was an issue. We did our walk through on the coach and was given a good run down. I asked for all of the record for the service we agreed upon and Paul told me he didn’t get the records. He said he would go to get them and be back. He never brought back the records and told me he would get them for me later as it would take too long. I said ok, no problem but I will need the records. When sitting in the coach waiting we also found broken wires to a switch under the passenger seat. This was also fixed before leaving. So we left down the road and right away one of the doors popped open on the side. I had to stop, jump out and get it closed. The door would not close properly this is why is popped open. The whole door and latch needed an adjustment. We finally get on the highway and the side entry door made so much noise that my daughter and I couldn’t even talk. This was the entire way back to California. Next the check engine light comes on. So I also called about this. Another issue that never got addressed. Next issue….first camping trip batteries wont last more than an hour. Also find that the jack feet are bent in the shape of a taco. Next issue, on this camping find dual pane windows are all delaminating. Paul and Kyle said they would reimburse the batteries, I have yet to see that. Also have yet to see the records for service so I’m sure that wasn’t done. They sent me 2 jack feet. Big wooptie doo! I find that most companies now of days are in it for the quick buck and commissions. Not for the customers. I will definitely not be doing any more business with this company and would not recommend this company to anyone. You would be better off buying a coach at auction. Get a big discount and still have no peace of mind. Very sad for this company and very disappointed. Also teaches me a lesson to never buy used anything.
