I was told i could cancel my membership easily at the location when I wanted. When tried to do that today I was told that they had no means to do that on site!! However the young man said he could "walk" me through it after my wash!! Not what I expected. So while going through the wash I proceeded to cancel my membership. Turns out even though the website told me Three times ( frustrating tactics to get me to give up) I was an to cancel because...wait for it.... I got trapped in the carwash do to mechanical failure?? Eventually, the obviously off duty Manager came and "fixed it" after his employee tried unsuccessfully three times himself. Oh Man!

A long time ago I used to go to other car washes but then I said hey let’s give Super Star a chance. I was not let down! The staff here were awesome! So I signed up. When I came back awhile later Weston made sure my membership was still working and guess what it wasn’t :( so guess what he did … he re-signed me back up‼️ I LOVE SUPER STAR 🦸♂️⭐️. The best customer service I have ever received. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I think this is probably one of the best car washes I have ever gone to. The attendants that work there really hustle and a big shout-out to Benicio especially for doing an amazing job! However behind the scenes, the customer support is horrible, so if there is any billing problems or anything else there is largely nobody there to return communications or resolve problems. So I go here for the superior wash and I cross my fingers that I don't have any additional problems requiring management behind the scenes.

I went here using the “try us” coupon. When I pulled up, I was immediately subject to a high-pressure sales for a monthly plan. Not what I wanted at the time. I went through the wash. It did not get the solitary bug squish on my windshield. It did not get the dirt off of my hood. It did not get the few bugs on my bumper. My car only has 900 miles on it so there were not many bugs. Additionally, the dryer did not get any water off of my hood and there was still soap on my front bumper. When I asked the guy who gave me the high-pressure sales tactics about the lack of cleanliness he got angry and said I can call the manager, but he never did. The vacuums worked, but the supposedly damp towels to wipe up what the wash failed to clean were dry. There are other car washes by Crimson and Southern. After the ridiculously poor wash job and the attitude of the gate attendant, I cannot justify paying $33 a month for a wash plan.

New to the area, decided to stop by this afternoon for a car wash. The attend at the machine was rude and very unprofessional. He stood there saw me struggle to make my payment. Due to the how far I was from the machine. He could of offered to help tap my card and hand my receipt. He literally stood there didn’t help and didn’t even thank me. Once I got to the drying station none of the towel holders had any clean towels the man cleaning out the trashes didn’t care to refill them or any of the attendants. They are just just standing by the machines on their phones. We paid money for the car wash it wasn’t for free. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never going back here again. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
