Highly Recommended – Honest, Skilled, and Professional I have been a customer at Tom’s Family Car Wash for about four months now, ever since I moved from Florida, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Recently, I brought my Mustang in for detailing. Back in Florida, I had been told the car needed a full paint job and was quoted close to $10,000. Instead of pushing an unnecessary service, the team here carefully evaluated the paint, performed a professional detail, and applied the right products to restore it. The results were impressive. I paid around $300, which was more than fair—and a fraction of what I had been told elsewhere. Every employee I have interacted with has been courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Today, I also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Tom himself—an absolute gentleman. He personally worked on my Jeep alongside his staff, and the vehicle came out looking fantastic. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I would also like to specifically thank Diana, who handled the final touches on my Jeep. Her attention to detail and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Tom’s Family Car Wash to anyone looking for honest service, quality work, and a team that treats you with respect. I am genuinely thankful to have found this place.

This place was very nice, I got a hand wax and they did a very good job getting out all the micro scratches. Also it's cool to look through the windows through every step of the process. Highly recommend 👍

I visited this Establishments probably two months ago to get gas and everyone was very friendly. I use the restrooms that were very clean but when I walked in today, the environment was very friendly very clean stocked organized no complaints. No nothing out of place. I saw one cup that had some that had been left with some coffee or something in it which I poured out and cleaned up. Everything is like I said, detail oriented and and you can tell that they can they really care about their store. The car wash that I went through actually gave me a free car wash for whatever reason and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. They have a nice car wash that is quick yeti efficient they detailed my windows and I got to choose from seven different smell aromas to spray into my car and I picked cinnamon which smells really nice. It’s not too overbearing and it’s not too weak. Everyone was very nice there and I couldn’t be more pleased with my with my stay. If you have any questions, contact the store and they Help you with whatever you need. It’s across from some dining area areas. Wendy’s particularly come grab some food while you wait to get your car detailed All around I give it a 10 star

I have been a monthly customer with Tom's Family Car Wash since 2021. As with any other business team members come and go. Today I met a new team member that showed exceptional enthusiasm and energy. As the face of Tom's supporting the front desk Tracey made customers feel comfortable and welcome.

First off I know car washes are not the greatest if you want to get it done right do it yourself. So I’m not that picky. When I was looking for a place to hand wash my truck, they told me $75. And when I went in the manager told me that if someone charges more ask them to look at your history and they will honor that price again. Some history I only come here and I’ve gotten two $700 complete details, so I’m not a $20 guy that comes in a couple times a year. And the hand washers and detail have been ok, I could complain but I didn’t and won’t. The last time I went they charged me $80 instead of $75 like they usually do. No big deal. Today I went and they charged me $85. So I asked them to look at my history like I was told to do. And the guy writing the ticket said no problem and then got his manager (he looked like a mechanic). So I talked to him and I explained to him how I’m given a certain price and he told me not any more, that I will be charged $95 now. Wow, that’s how you treat customers? I calmly told him I’ll just go elsewhere. And he said ok. So I will not be going here again. Not a good idea chasing off good customers when the place looks like it’s going to go out of business any day now.
