Recently purchased a car that had issues before I got home. Brandon the salesman, Robert the sales manager and Will in service were absolutely professional in getting the car back and fixing it at no charge to me. Very pleased with the service and courtesy. Will definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

I bought my car from Tim he’s a “nice” guy but doesn’t actually care his service was just like any other dealer they want their money and do not care about the customer and giving them all the information last night I got a flat tire. The dealership never told me that there was locking lug nuts on the tire itself. They did not provide me with the key. I had to pay to get this broken off in addition to clips for the engine coverings were pretty much gone. They should’ve told me that, none of my fluids were topped off. I had little to no coolant in my vehicle. I had little to no oil in my vehicle all of which I had to pay to get done even after buying the vehicle these things should be done since you guys are selling vehicles you should be making sure that they are in good shape, not sending them on their way and having them figure out issues after the fact there are cosmetic damages to this vehicle that I did not notice That should’ve been relayed to me. Part of the dashboard is no longer connected that should’ve been relayed to me they simply just don’t give a shit about their customers because they only give you a two week warranty. I begged and begged for him to please look at my sunroof that was not properly working. I asked three different individuals then I found out that it was never worked on because it has since stopped working. I also asked them about the squeaking noise with regards to the shock/strut in the back driver side that was also never taken care of. The only advice that I have for these customers is if you feel like something is wrong with your vehicle make sure that they pay attention to it and fix it before you drive off the lot because they simply do not care to look at the vehicle I brought it to discount tire and even heard from the guy myself half the stuff they bring up to the dealers they simply don’t care to fix

I came in the first time in August 2025 and met up with Rob about a 2014 f150. Wasn't able to get the truck then, but Rob left a lasting impression with his friendly attitude and intricate car knowledge. Came back in November 2025 and met with Daniel and much like Rob, had a good friendly way about him and made the day with getting me into the truck that nobody seemed to be able to get. Today was good day for many reasons, and the gentlemen at Carizona made it happen. Thanks again!

Very happy with my purchase! Carizona had a great selection. AJ helped us look at cars I was already interested and got us in a car that best suited our needs. Very professional and nice, not pushy and made us feel comfortable for our first dealership purchase. Very fair prices and listened to what I was saying. Yesenia made the signing process easy and explained what every document meant before signing. Edit: changed to 4 stars. I’m still very happy with my car. However I was told at the dealership that the backup camera and volume knob were fixed from previous issues. At the dealership they seemed to work, but upon driving a few days we realized the backup camera works maybe 50% of the time and the volume knob doesn’t work at all. Thankfully I have volume control on the steering wheel. As far as the paperwork goes, Carizona put in the order for my license plate late. The MVD didn’t get the job until the day AFTER my temporary license plate expired. My name was also spelled incorrectly on my loan and they gave the credit union the wrong email. It was a hassle to even pay my first bill and get everything changed to what it should’ve been in the first place. That being said, I am still overall happy with my car and it was still an upgrade from what I had been driving.

Tim made our car buying experience easy. He was very helpful and had a great attitude. They made paperwork easy and answered all my questions. Great place to buy a car!!!
