Brought my toddler for a suspected UTI, took hours to do a simple urinalysis, there weren't many people waiting. I have never seen an urgent care move this slow. You think they would take a child's age into consideration. If you choose this location expect to be here at least 3 hours.
My true opinion
I don't want to even give one star but to leave a review I'm forced to. My daughter went in for nausea and vomiting in November. We had always been told by them in the past that if you come in during urgent care hours you are charged urgent care prices. She waited until they were open and came in around 8a.m. They tricked her into signing the 'emergency care' papers to give her so called emergency care which was 2 IV's and some zofran. Within 2 hours she was on her way. Under no circumstances was she having an emergency. She only went in for urgent care services and believed that was what she was getting. She was 21 at the time and didn't realize what was happening and how quickly they were turning an urgent care into an up coding cash grab of the guise of emergency care on her. What would have been a $35 copay for urgent care suddenly turned into a $375 copay for her. They charged our insurance over $5000 for these 2 iv's and zofran. Our insurance agreed that this wasn't a true emergency and reached out to them to try and get them to re bill for urgent care but they refuse to do so since they got her to sign their 'emergency care form'. I will not go here again. Also in reading further comments I see that we aren't the first people to have this happen to them. ***Update I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (they aren't even accredited with them and have terrible reviews), the Arizona Attorney General, and the State Medical Board.****

Do not go here. I showed up for a potential skin infection, not knowing I would be billed for an emergency room visit. By the time I was told, I already had an hour invested. I stayed, they drew blood, the woman forgot to get a vile, came back and drew my blood again. I was then told to sit in the cold hall and wait HOURS for my results to come back only to be referred to a dermatologist. I feel bamboozled, and feel like this was a quick money grab. I am not excited to get my bill.

My daughter went in and they were going to lance a cyst. My daughter is terrified of needles and they were going to have to numb her. They told her they’d give her an anti anxiety med before and then she’d be relaxed. Nurse came in to give her the pill and the NP was ready to do the procedure at the same time! The anti anxiety med takes 30 min to take effect but the NP gave her NO time to let medication work! THEN told her “we need the room so we have to do it now” and my daughter was still shaking and terrified! They wouldn’t move her to another room to let meds kick in and just discharged her!!! The medication kicked in when she got discharged…30 minutes after she took it!!! That was the worst bedside manner and didn’t realize rooms have a time limit!!!

I've been to honor health twice, everyone there is caring and very friendly.. They attend you quick and they don't let you sit around for 4 hours like all the other emergency rooms do. . I recommend on her health.
