HonorHealth Urgent Care - Laveen

I found myself in need of care for an unexpected health condition and visited HonorHealth Urgent Care in Laveen. Upon arrival, the waiting room was empty and I was promptly greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who was fast and efficient with check-in. I waited about 20 minutes, which I felt was very reasonable for a Friday evening after 5 p.m. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were both friendly, compassionate, and took the time to answer all of my questions. From check-in to departure, I was on my way in less than an hour. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and care I received and would not hesitate to return.

I needed treatment for an epidermoid cyst that had gotten infected after years of no issue. I went in about ten minutes after opening and only waited a few minutes to get taken back. The receptionist was very kind. Ceecee was my nurses assistant who was extremely kind and gentle and I could tell she did everything in her power to make me comfortable. My provider was Suly who was also extremely kind and gentle and patient. She talked over all my options with me and didn’t pressure me to accept treatment that I was hesitant to do. She was very factual in explaining my options and was very gentle and kind and talked me through the whole process after I decided to move forward with cyst removal. Suly’s training exceeded urgent care expectations with removing entire sac verses just a draining which would have heightened the chance of reoccurrence. I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times with all good experiences but CeeCee and Suly have set the bar high for the service I hope to get on any future visits. Overall extremely satisfied with my visit.

I brought my son here when he was sick, and the care we received was incredible. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was kind, and patient. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure my son was comfortable the entire visit. Im grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown to us—highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.

Very clean and friendly Staff. This office had me in and out fast. Diagnosed me correctly, I am so impressed, so much so, that I will be back there for my follow up visit instead of my own PCP office. Highly recommend!! If I could rate them 10 stars I would, but the most I can rate them on here is 5 stars.

Chart-topping urgent care visit! Maybe I lucked out with the time and day of my visit, but there was no one else in the waiting room, and I was called back right away for a cough and sore throat. I only waited a few minutes to see the doc once I was in a room. She was very thorough and the test results were quick. She prescribed a couple of things to help with my symptoms and explained that HonorHealth no longer stocks rapid covid test. I had a test at home, so to help speed things up, she suggested that I use my at-home test and call back if the results were positive. She would then call in a prescription that specifically addresses covid symptoms. Thankfully, the results were negative and we didn't need to go that route. But it was incredibly nice and helpful of her to offer so that I could possibly start feeling better quicker. I will definitely use this location again if there is a need.
