Great dealership, we found a van we wanted online at Cars.com then called the dealership directly. Ron the salesman had good customer service and helped us talk to a finance salesman named Dennis who helped us along the way. Dennis had us approved for a loan within 24hrs and at really low interest rate. Unfortunately we could not find the time to make it down to pick up or see the car in person from Flagstaff to Phoenix but we’re pleased. Both Ron and Dennis advised us on seeing the car in person or coming down to test drive before purchasing but we had our minds set on just the purchase. We should have taken their advice but time is worth more than money so we purchased site unseen. We had the car delivered by Falcon Logistics which they did a great job but when car arrived we can tell there were blemishes on paint and glue on some plastic cosmetic pieces. You can’t really tell from internet photos but now we see why it is best to see in person. All in all we are still super happy with the purchase and pleased with Ron and Dennis on the quick turn around and financing for our new minivan. Would definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle from them in the future:)

We came to get our daughter a car and Dean was true gentlemen, had our daughters best interest at heart, gave us advice and knowledge you can only get from an authentic car guy. My wife will tell you it was his jokes that sealed the deal. He was able to pick the perfect car for my daughter. He made us an offer we couldn’t refuse.

Dean of the great person very helpful he was able to sit with me for a couple of hours even when I was running low on patients. Overall it was a wonderful experience and a couple hours later I'm driving off in a new expedition.

I am filing this complaint regarding Ideal Cars’ failure to disclose prior accident history and structural damage on the vehicle I purchased from them. After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that it had been involved in previous accidents that resulted in structural/frame damage. This damage has since caused additional drivetrain issues. At the time of sale, no written disclosure was provided to me, nor does my contract or bill of sale contain any acknowledgment that the vehicle had been in prior accidents or sustained structural damage. I was on active duty in the Marine Corps at the time of purchase and relied on the dealership to provide accurate and complete information. Once I discovered the issue, I obtained a vehicle history/inspection report confirming the prior accidents and structural damage. I immediately attempted to resolve the matter directly with Ideal Cars by sending certified letters and submitting messages through their website portal. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response from the dealership. Their failure to disclose this information violates several Arizona statutes, including: - ARS § 44‑1522 – Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (material omission of known facts) - ARS § 28‑4412 – Written disclosure requirements for licensed dealers - ARS § 44‑1267 – Implied warranty of merchantability (selling a vehicle with undisclosed material defects affecting safety and function) Structural damage is a material defect that directly affects the vehicle’s safety, value, and long‑term reliability. Had this information been disclosed, I would not have purchased the vehicle. Requested Resolution I am requesting that Ideal Cars make this right by providing a full rescission of the sale, including reimbursement of: - Purchase price - Taxes and fees - Registration costs - Any add‑ons or aftermarket products - Any out‑of‑pocket expenses related to the purchase Upon refund, I will return the vehicle to the dealership. I have made every effort to resolve this directly and amicably, but Ideal Cars has chosen not to respond.
