Reservations are not accepted, and it’s not uncommon to have to wait in line for a crack at this artisanal (and pretty fabulous) ramen.

This is a go to once kind of place. While the food is good, the menu is surprisingly limited. Very hard for someone with allergies. My main issue is the price. Very pricey for very little. I paid $7 to add duck and I got 4 very small slices. Atmospher is cute, but chairs are pushed to the wall and small. You will not be able to get in and out easily. Servers were very helpful and nice. While the flavors are fun, its just not worth it. You can get ramen elsewhere that's just as good for half the price.

Coming from Vancouver, I have a high bar for ramen, and while Mensho offers a very solid meal, I found it leaned a bit more on hype than 'outstanding' execution. The flavors are definitely there you really can’t go wrong with the combination of wagyu and truffle, and the broth was impressively creamy and rich. In the Phoenix food scene, this is easily a top tier choice and a great addition to the area. However, compared to the ramen scenes in other cities, it felt like a 'good' meal rather than a transformative one. It’s worth the visit if you’re in town, but expectations should be managed if you’re a seasoned ramen enthusiast. A very respectable 4 stars!

Mensho Ramen provided a truly wonderful experience, from the ambiance to the service, and ultimately, to the food itself. I found my visit to be exceptionally pleasant. Upon arrival, I was able to find a seat immediately as it was self-seating at the time, and I was attended to promptly once I had settled in. The welcoming atmosphere and the staff's greeting upon entry were excellent. For my order, I chose the Enoki Chips as an appetizer, and they were absolutely delicious, offering a perfect crunch and seasoning. Following that, I enjoyed the Spicy Toripaitan ramen. The spice level was just right, and the broth was incredibly flavorful and rich. The chicken was very tasty, and the pork bits added a delightful element when I savored the broth.

the broth was a rich and creamy! Soo good I literally slurped all of it! Love how there’s a little hint of truffle to it too! Contains 4 different chashu - A5 waygu, smoked pork, duck and chicken. The meats just melt in your mouth!!! The noodles are made in house and are the perfect amount of chewiness

Cruised through today on my way back to Vegas and decided to check this place out. After trying 3/4 of the ramen spots in Vegas I was curious how Mensho faired as I heard good and bad from some local friends. Staff was awesome. Walked right in during the tail end of lunch time and it wasn’t overly busy. They made accommodations on the menu for my 4 year old which was awesome. My brother got the signature toripaitan with an extra egg, I got the spicy toripaitan and added an egg, daughter got the classic. All 3 were good. I’d say the part that stands out the most was the egg. That was probably the most unique egg I’ve had in a ramen dish anywhere and I’ve tried a lot. Was cooked perfect and had a nice smokey taste to it. I would definitely come back, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it in all honesty. It’s good by all means, but it didn’t blow me away as $30 a bowl good. Can’t really compare for the local area much but it’s definitely worth trying if you like rich and creamy ramens.
