We were starting to experience a garage door slow on opening or sometimes it would stop (home builder only installed one spring on a 16 ft door four years prior). Found Pride Garage Doors LLC online, called and discussed issue/s with Rick over the phone, luckily it worked out he was close by and he had an opening. Rick evaluated our setup, and clearly went over issues he saw, gave recommendations on minimum action to take and upgrades we may pursue, felt no pressure what's so ever. Rick was professional, great to talk to, and he knows his stuff. We went with two new springs additional upgrades included new bearings, rollers to name a few. Door works great! Rick made made sure everything was balanced and operating. We will go with Pride garage doors on all garage door needs in the future. They give Veteran discounts!

I spoke with Rick after my son attempted to fix my garage door and ended up in emergency room with a slice out of his hand ehen the tension in door came undone. Rick offered to come right over but we we still at ER so he came the following day and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I would gighly recommended not doing it yourself snd calling Rick at Pride Garage doors.

Great service at a fair price. Other vendors wanted us to replace the garage door, but Rick was able to get our door working better than ever by installing a new opener, springs and pulleys. Glad we found Pride Garage Doors
