The new phone app makes it easy to control the door from anywhere, and the pricing was very fair for the quality provided. The technicians were friendly, informative, professional, and clearly well-trained. Excellent service from start to finish—thank you, guys, for a job exceptionally well done! The icing on the cake is the new integrated camera in the motor. Very cool.

Replacing our old garage doors went very smoothly. My salesman, Alex, patiently answered all my questions and helped me make the decision about which product would be best. The office communicated the status of the order regularly and arranged for timely installation. Billie, Christian and Richard installed the three doors and the finished product looks great and functions well. They were pleasant to work with, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up meticulously after giving me a brief tutorial on the new door openers. I am impressed with the company, their staff and their service.

Excellent service!!! Same Day Garage Door identified an improper installation issue from a previous contractor. For 5 years, we lived with a ticking time bomb and never knew it. Angel explained everything to us and even, as lay people, my husband and I could understand the garage door spring rail was not installed on a stud (see second photo behind newly installed spring -you can see past holes in drywall). We have a 500lb wooden garage door. Furthermore, the springs were not evenly balanced and were undersized. No wonder the door was too heavy to lift manually. Wish I took photos of the “before” job. Same Day Garage Door was initially called to replace our old opener. Glad they tested/looked at the entire system. Now, the springs are balanced, sized to accommodate weight, and the spring track is attached to the one and only central stud on the opening (see first photo). The garage door is now easy to lift manually. Thanks Angel for installing the system so beautifully. We’ll call you again when we need any other service!!!
