We've been loyal customers of Smokey's Garage Door Service for the past 15 years, and they continue to impress us. When our garage door started acting up recently, both Daves – the service technician and service manager – went above and beyond even their usual excellent standard of care. What stood out immediately was how thoughtful they were with both my wife and me throughout the entire process. They took time to explain what was happening, walked us through our options without any pressure, and made sure we understood everything before proceeding. Their professionalism and genuine care for their customers really shows. The best part? They handled our garage door issue immediately. Our garage door motor started acting up on superbowl Sunday. I was able to schedule an appointment in under 2 hours with Anthony. After some troubleshooting we determined that the motor needed replacement. Anthony had a liftmaster unit in the truck and set it up in about 2 hours. Needed some after install support and he came out promptly for that as well. We'll be changing the garage doors at some point and will be using Smokey's for that as well. Highly recommended!

This morning my wife and I noticed that our spring snapped. We were recommended Smokey's from a friend. We are so thankful of the service that we received. The customer service we received was amazing from the person that took my call to the technicians that came out. Our garage was fixed within the same day, with excellent quality of work and care. Smokey's Garage Door is the BEST garage door service company in the valley...period. I have been a customer of Smokey's for over 20 years and when I needed a new opener/motor, I called them. Excellent experience. Heard aloud boom yesterday, but couldn’t figure out where it came from. Went to pull my truck out of the garage and when I went to shut it, I noticed the garage door got all wonky and messed up. Found cable disconnected. Called Smoke’s garage door Based on the reviews on yelp & Google. Receptionist scheduled me for next day first thing in the morning appointment which was great. Got a call from Dave who said he would be here at 8:45 and he was right on time. Evaluated my busted system & showed me not just the cable, but the springs were distorted and one was broken. After going through everything that needed to be fixed and his recommendations, we move forward with the job.
