Went here for Valentine's day, and this place is such a good unexpected find! We got the yellow tail sashimi, asian pear mixed greens, whole branzino, seared bigeye tuna, short rib fried rice, gochujang brussel sprouts, and ube panna cotta for dessert! Our favorites/the standouts were definitely the branzino, seared big eye tuna, gochujang brussel sprouts, and ube panna cotta! The asian pear mixed greens and fried rice were great as well but I feel like the others were just better in comparison! Service was great and we never felt like we had to flag down the waiters because ours was great about checking in on us. Our friend said that their skewers and steak are pretty good as well. We will probably try those the next time we come back! 🔥

Pyro delivered a polished, high-energy dining experience that felt both intentional and indulgent especially on a packed Friday evening. Our party of six arrived hungry and left thoroughly impressed, thanks in large part to our server Gema’s and teams seamless, attentive service. She handled the table with confidence and warmth, pacing the meal beautifully! The yellowtail sashimi was pristine clean, delicate slices brightened with a citrus note that enhanced rather than masked the fish’s natural sweetness. The gyoza offered an unexpected fusion touch, balancing tradition with a creative twist that made the dish memorable. The Caesar salad was generously composed, well-dressed, and satisfyingly substantial. My branzino was the standout entrée expertly prepared with crisp skin and tender, flavorful flesh. And in a move that perfectly captures Pyro’s playful sophistication, the evening closed with a cheeseburger and caviar decadent, slightly irreverent, and undeniably delicious. A restaurant that pairs culinary precision with vibrant atmosphere and service that elevates the entire experience. Five stars without hesitation!

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. The food and service were excellent. Nice size outdoor patio and bar. We had a few shared plates such as the Sashimi, Tuna Tataki, harvest beets, gyoza and tiger prawns. All served in a beautiful presentation. The interior in nicely decorated and would be great for large groups and gatherings. Parking is limited as it is next to or the Global Ambassador. Park in the garage and the restaurant will validate your ticket.

I had an outstanding dining experience today at PYRO on Camelback. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between stylish and welcoming — a modern Asian-American bistro with warmth, energy, and impeccable service that makes you want to settle in and enjoy the evening. I started with the Smokey Melon, and it was an immediate standout. The combination of ilegal mezcal joven, mizu barley shochu, melon soda, lemon, and melon pearls was refreshing yet complex. Lightly smoky, subtly sweet, and beautifully balanced — easily one of the most creative cocktails I’ve had in a while. The Short Rib Fried Rice was deeply comforting and packed with flavor. The richness of the short rib paired perfectly with the kimchi, negi, egg, and nori kizami. Every bite felt layered and intentional, with just the right amount of umami. The Gochujang Brussels Sprouts were a surprise favorite. Perfectly roasted with a bold, slightly sweet heat from the gochujang, balanced by roasted red pepper sauce, hearth onion, bonito, almond, and fresh mitsuba. Complex, vibrant, and addictive. The Pork Belly Skewers were beautifully cooked — tender, flavorful, and indulgent without being heavy. The yuzu-togarashi aioli added a bright citrus kick, while the house pickles cut through the richness perfectly. The Chili Garlic Noodles were pure comfort with attitude. The tonkotsu broth brought depth, the chili crunch added heat and texture, and the negi tied everything together. This dish alone is reason enough to return. To finish, the Sticky Toffee Cake was outstanding — warm, rich, and perfectly balanced by milk ice cream, whipped butterscotch, and candied pecans. A flawless ending to a memorable meal. Overall, PYRO delivers thoughtful, bold flavors with exceptional execution. The food, service, and atmosphere come together effortlessly. This is a place I’ll absolutely return to — and recommend without hesitation.

Excellent! Food, service, atmosphere everything 5 stars! I could eat about 20 of those gyozas! The brussel sprouts were 🔥 and that short rib fried rice. . . Next level! But, everything we ordered was great you can’t go wrong.
