Great shop and service, I usually change my own oil but my neighbor gave me a coupon for an oil change for under $10. I was givia choice between conventional oil or synthetic, I went with synthetic. They were very busy (a good sign) and short handed but got to me quickly. One point is they have a comfortable couch along with chairs in the waiting area. Great shop and crew. I'll definitely go again for my vans service 👍

Had a raw fuel smell coming from gas tank area, brought vehicle in without appointment early am. Diagnosis done by midday and new fuel pump installed by end of day. Chris and the staff are personable and knowledgeable, have never had issues with this team in 13 years of service being provided on multiple vehicles. Great warranty, and they don’t upsell to grab a few extra bucks, but advise what should be done and what can be deferred. Our “go to” team of mechanics and technicians. Highly recommended.

Friendly and very knowledgeable front office. Mechanic was very thorough in the indirection; nothing was left unturned. I witnessed employees offering discounts & coupons within their control. Extreme and rare positive customer service.

I have a little older car 2016 kia that needed work plugs, fuel injecter cleaning. The offered to give me a ride home and a pick up when they were finished though I declined It was only a 5 minute walk it was very appreciated. When they called and told me the issues with a great price, I went ahead and added an oil change. Very polite with great customer service. First time taking my vehicle there and wont be the Last.

To call this location "helpful" is an understatement. I suddenly had an issue with my vehicle and every other shop & dealer were booked with projected diagnostic costing hundreds, actual repair ranging $600+, and availability beginning the following week. After getting a free diagnostic from AutoZone and trying to schedule a possible repair at this location the man who answered my call, Freddy, noted that the possible issue could be insanely simple and offered to take a quick look at my car because he didn't want me to possibly waste money. Not only did he take a look, he taught me exactly what to look for myself and how to possibly fix it (was either the mass airflow sensor or the hose). Went home, followed what he said, cleaned some stuff and sure enough the issue is entirely gone. A solution that took 10 minutes that I would have paid half a grand for everywhere else. This is a location with people that actually care, recommending to anyone in the area.
