I’m writing this review after experiencing one of the most stressful and unsafe situations ave ever had with a vehicle. All stemming from repeated service failures at the Tucson Subaru services department. I first brought my car December 2024 for an issue I had where the car was vibrating and all dashboard lights were flashing. They claimed it was repaired and I had to pay over $3500 for the service. The same issue happened few days before I had a road trip planned early September. I took the car back to them on 9/4/25 I picked it up on 9/525 and was assured multiple times that my vehicle was repaired and safe to drive on my road trip. Just few hours into my trip, while driving at a highway speed, the exact same issue happened again. My car began shaking violently, and I nearly got hit by another car. It was an extremely frightening moment. I called Jade, not available. I called the service manager, got voice mail and left an urgent message with no return call. Jade called and all she said, I’m sorry. I was fortunate that I was able to pull over without being injured. I had to seek emergency help from another mechanic out of the country who informed me that a bad coil had not been replaced… something that should have been addressed by Tucson Subaru during the repair. This means I was sent on a road trip in a vehicle that was not properly fixed, despite their assurance. The emotional impact has stayed with me I now experience anxiety every time I start my car because I don’t trust that the work I paid for was completed correctly. This situation has caused significant stress, fear, and financial inconvenience. The management denied any wrong doing… that didn’t surprise me after reading reviews of similar problems others experienced with this dealership. I am posting this review so others are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions. Based on what I went through, twice, I cannot recommend them for reliable or safe vehicle repair.

I've been buying cars since 1988. Hands down, this was the best car buying experience I gave ever had. Greg was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. M is importantly, I never felt pressured. I feel like I'm going to want to stop in to say hi every week.

The Tucson team is awesome! It was my first new car, first Crosstrek, first SUBARU! I love it and can't get over how awesome it is. CJ was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle, it's specs, and whenever I have a question about it he is always helpful to answer even post purchase. Jesse and Darla have been kind and informative through the entire process as well regarding services and the Love Encore feature. After installation of my hitch, parts forgot to place my mat and my hitch cover on to which Scott went out of his way to personally drive it 1.5 hrs away to me. 5 STARS FOR EVERYONE! Love this store!
