Big O Tires - Gilbert

Kevin and his team performed an exceptional/ quality job. Tires/ alignment/ oil/ all filters in 3.5hrs, I highly recommend this location for all their services offered.

I went in to get an oil change & found out that there were a few other things that needed to be taken care of. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to look over my car & bring up other concerns that would affect my safety. They were very nice & took care of the various items quickly. A shout out to one of their managers-Kevin-he helped to walk me through the process from start to finish & was very personable & professional. I sat in the waiting area while they worked on things, & he was very welcoming, & fast to help many other people that came in that day as well. Give that man a raise!! The other employees there today also looked like they were working hard (Kevin had taken me over to the work station where my car was to show me some damage to one of my tires). Overall, I've had a great experience at this location on Higley & Williamsfield each time I've been there. Thank you all for helping to keep my car safe for me & in great condition, as well as for always being so nice!!

I’ve been going to this Big O Tires location for years, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The tire upsell was a little annoying but whatever, that’s part of the job. What really bothered me was how poorly my time was handled. I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half, only to find out my car had been ready for about 30 minutes. The staff knew I was sitting in the waiting area the entire time. If a customer is waiting on site, there should be some awareness of when their vehicle is finished. To make matters worse, the inspection that comes with the oil change was not done. That inspection is honestly half the reason I go to Big O. When I asked about it, the manager said the computers were “must be down.” No offer to send the inspection later, no offer to have me come back, nothing. Overall, this visit was a day ruiner and a complete waste of my Saturday afternoon. After years of being a customer, I likely won’t be back.

Exceptional service and fair pricing. They are very professional explained to me all of my options with my flat tire and had me out of there within an hour. Plus they waiting room is also pretty sweet. They have popcorn and even a couple of donuts left. Would highly recommend for anybody needing the services that they provide

The best customer service in the valley for a Big O location. Mark and team are hands down making a difference. Make it a point to try this location even if it’s a few miles out of the way. You’ll be glad you did.
