Big O Tires - Phoenix 7th St

I came by for air and was immediately notified about the dangerous condition my car was in just by the sound. I appreciate how attentive, considerate, and patient everyone was! They considered my personal situation as far as repair prices and had great alternatives so I could get the work done to be safe on the roads. They even gave me a ride to a nearby restaurant to wait out the repair time! This is now my go-to spot moving forward!

Despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and pleasant lady who seemed to also be directing other activities. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. The service techs were equally accommodating. Everyone worked quickly but took time to explain services and answer questions in easy to understand terms. They have a nice waiting area with decent seating, water, coffee, a TV, and clean restrooms. I would definitely recommend this location for an oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Big-O!

I took my Dodge Dakota to a different location and had an unsatisfactory experience. When I decided to reach out to the Big O Tires at 7th St, they listened to my concerns, and did a full inspection on my vehicle. After the inspection, Julian took me to my vehicle and literally showed me what needed fixed. He validated all of my concerns, as well as explaining what would the vehicle would need moving forward. I am so glad that I made the decision to have the vehicle checked by him instead of opting for a different company. I now feel like a valued customer and can be sure of the safety of myself and my vehicle

Horrible service told my grandma they were over charging her they wanted 450 plus tax to change her brake pads in the rear. Then they proceeded to kick us out. Don't come here there theirs on there hustle. They dont care about the customer only how much they can cheat you out of your money. 1 star is more then they deserve. P.s they left my trucks suspension loose. And left multiple bolts loose. I put pictures to show how scrappy those people are.

I had a really frustrating experience here. They overcharge and the quality of work does not match the price at all. I’ve also personally seen employees messing around in the shop instead of working, which already didn’t give me confidence. They also offered a promotion but didn’t even follow through with it, which felt really misleading. The worst part is when I got my tires replaced and asked them to do a basic check around the tires, they completely missed a major issue — my wheel bearings were basically hanging by a thread. I ended up getting stranded because of it. On top of that, after they worked on my car, they left black greasy fingerprints all over my door, and it stained the fabric. No care, no respect for people’s property. I will not be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want to pay too much for sloppy work.
