I came by for air and was immediately notified about the dangerous condition my car was in just by the sound. I appreciate how attentive, considerate, and patient everyone was! They considered my personal situation as far as repair prices and had great alternatives so I could get the work done to be safe on the roads. They even gave me a ride to a nearby restaurant to wait out the repair time! This is now my go-to spot moving forward!

Horrible service told my grandma they were over charging her they wanted 450 plus tax to change her brake pads in the rear. Then they proceeded to kick us out. Don't come here there theirs on there hustle. They dont care about the customer only how much they can cheat you out of your money. 1 star is more then they deserve. P.s they left my trucks suspension loose. And left multiple bolts loose. I put pictures to show how scrappy those people are.

Despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and pleasant lady who seemed to also be directing other activities. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. The service techs were equally accommodating. Everyone worked quickly but took time to explain services and answer questions in easy to understand terms. They have a nice waiting area with decent seating, water, coffee, a TV, and clean restrooms. I would definitely recommend this location for an oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Big-O!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Big O Tires location for several years and have purchased multiple sets of tires and other services from them over time. Until recently, I had trusted this business. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely changed my opinion. I initially brought my car in after hitting a piece of metal that fell from a truck in front of me in February of 2025. At first, I thought the issue was just a balance concern, so I had my wheels rebalanced. Shortly after, my tires kept going flat, and when I returned, it was discovered that the wheel had actually been bent - something that was surprisingly missed during the earlier visit. The wheel was sent out to be repaired, but from that point on, the car seemed to never drive correctly. As the problem worsened, I brought the car back again and was told I needed new tires. I went ahead and purchased them. However, when I picked up my car, it pulled aggressively to the left, to the point that if I let go of the steering wheel, the car would immediately veer left. I had to take it back again, and get them to properly align the car, which should have been done initially. On top of that, I noticed that the paint on nearly all of my wheels had been chipped. When I brought this up, I felt completely invalidated. I was initially told they don’t use metal tools, then later told they do—but that the paint “should have been able to handle it.” I’ve had these wheels painted for years and have never once had this issue at any other tire shop. Nearly every wheel was damaged. The solution offered was for them to order wheel paint and give it to me to touch it up myself, not even an offer to repair the damage. When I returned again, Mario told me he forgot to order the paint but said he would do so. That was in November 2025. It is now January 2026, and I have never received a follow-up call, message, or any resolution. To make matters worse, I was too told my suspension needed to be replaced. Prior to bringing my car in, there was no rattling or noise. After picking it up, every turn and every bump caused loud rattling throughout the car. It’s incredibly frustrating that my car drove fine before this series of visits and now has ongoing issues after repeated servicing. The lack of accountability, poor follow-up, and damage to my vehicle have made this a very negative experience. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this location.

This place was super. The employees were friendly and understanding. I went in to have a flat fixed but they showed me how bad my tires were so I had to buy a set of tires. While I waited they took my sister home. The store and waiting area was clean. They also had cold water and coffee for there customers. I have been to several BigO tire shops and have never had the service as good as this. I've never been offered water or coffee at any of them. This shop is number one on my list and I will recommend them to others.
