CP Marine

Man let me tell you how awesome this guy is really!!! I called him 4 months ago looking for parts for my dads 2006 simple Astro v6 engine and it was crazy he even answered the phone because he was literally in the middle of moving shop locations. I told him my issue and asked for the part ‘i thought’ I needed (I run an automotive shop and had my tech look at it who doesn’t work on boats and hasn’t seen boat issues and was just trying to do a solid and help my dad). He told me he didn’t have the part I was asking for in stock due to moving locations but told me who in town probably would but also advised me that he did not think that that part would fix my issue and instead told me what to do to test 2 things and said it was most likely a different part that I needed … and even told me the part that was gonna be my issue most likely lol. Well guess what, we did the testing that he recommended, with his over the phone diag he didn’t have to do with me but he did with me because he is awesome and obviously good business lol and HE WAS RIGHT! So I called him back and told him I appreciated him so much and asked him if he possibly had the actual correct part that I needed lol which sadly due to moving, he didn’t have it either :( but the place he told me to call and even gave me the phone number to did and the boat was fixed and running that same day. I can tell you that from that point forward, I will wait for him to order me my parts and will gladly give him any and all boat business I have because this guy is awesome! Someone who doesn’t care about the money he is making off of someone but more cares about getting the right part for them is really rare nowadays and is someone worth doing business with!! I will recommend him over and over again and will call him first for all of my boat needs! I appreciate you Sir and look forward to doing business with you from here on!!!

Very appreciative to have found this honest and reliable marine shop. Received a phone call and text message shortly after leaving a voicemail requesting more information about their annual boat service package. Brought in a 2001 Four Winns with a Volvo Penta 5.0 for this service, I was treated very well and felt valued as a customer. I can’t express my gratitude to Brett and his team for their hard work and dedication to bringing attention to issues that I was completely unaware of. They were able to identify and correct an overheating issue and got the boat back into tip top shape for the family to enjoy. Thank you, CP Marine, you have earned yourself a return customer.

This review is a bit late, but still wanted to share. I took my boat in for repair at the end of March. I talked to Brett over the phone, made an appointment and got right in. Within a week or so, Brett had my boat repaired and it runs like a champ! Brett stayed true to his original quote he gave me and I greatly appreciate that. You don't find a lot of honest people these days unfortunately, but Brett and his crew at CP did a great job. I've been to a couple different shops over the last 15 years and will definitely visit Brett again when needed. Thanks again, Brett! We've been to Lake Pleasant 3 times since the repair and the boat runs great!

I want to say thank you to cp marine. They took the time and listened to my issues and explained the proper solution on the phone. He not only had the right parts to get me up and running but explained in detail and drawings on how to do the install. The boat has never ran this good. There are not very many people left in this world that will go out of there way to help someone and they did without hesitation. Thank you again to cp marine and staff.

Called Brett, got on his calendar about 2 weeks from date of call. Dropped it off and had the boat back 24 hours later with all the maintenance and repairs complete. Went in for the annual maintenance but Brett found the wrong sized carb on my engine, along with other issues, was able to get a refabricated carb (in the correct size) installed at a very great rate! Brett's shop was super organized, maintained, and clean, all good signs of being detail oriented. Happy to have found someone to TRUST, to work on my boat. I'll be a repeat customer!
