I was on time, they were very prompt and friendly! I felt like they were real people and concerned in the way they showed how I could get double the mileage from a better oil, and it was on a $20 off special. And the guy said a couple of times you will need to stay with it, so you decide. Plus the atmosphere was fun and businesslike at the same time. I was offered water 3 times, because the mechanic timing was longer than projected. I will definitely keep going back, and it is close to home! Thanks Goodyear!

If you want to save money DO NOT GO HERE! THEY OVER PRICE EVERYTHING!!! This place is a scam. They tell you they’re taking $20 off. And charge you $99.00 when the oil change was supposed to be $94.00. $20.00 yeah right, what a dumb way to scam people. This location has no idea what they’re doing, they do not care about the customer. All they care about is jacking up prices. Over $100 for a Basic oil change. Don’t go here, they’ll just over charge you with a smile on their face Acting like they’re helping you when they’re just pocketing the cash. Again, WHAT A SCAM!!

Goodyear: A Case Study in Poor Customer Service & Risk Management. In Oct 2025, I purchased 2 top priced tires and an oil change at GoodyeAr (Mesa, AZ). Within 5 days, one tire blew out in the freeway. Corporate resolution? Pay upfront for a replacement and wait 30 days for a refund. Their advertised 29-ooint inspection missed an alignment issue, causing severe tire wear in less than two months. After paying for an alignment and returning for four new tires, a billing error left me without the tires and driving on unsafe ones for up to 20 days while waiting for a credit to clear.. This experience highlights serious gaps in customer care, process integrity, and safety accountability. I'm nseeking urgent resolution and compensation. Not from the store, but from Corporate who either didn't educate management on resolving an issue that fits best all parties involve and know when to take a hit if necessary to resolve the issue at hand. #Customer Experience #Pricess Improvement #Safety Matters #Goodyear.
